Being dismissed from the kage's office, Elena had made her way through the office, through the village and finally to the gates..
Of course, it was raining. Something that she was accustomed to while living here.
Thankfully it was not a downpour, wrong season if she remembered correctly..
Dressed in normal shinobi garbs, for all that was unseen except for the cloak she wore ontop of everything.
It was jet black and went down to cover just below her shins..only showing her ankles and feet.
Her waist length brown hair was tied up in a single ponytail underneath the hood, and her nose and pouting lips where the only thing visible for she stared at the ground most of the time.
Feeling inside herself, she sensed Rokubi..she had not felt, nor talked to the lax beast in quite sometime..he was solitary for the most part, and only decided to voice his opinion when he wished, or when in danger.
Occasionally, talking back to Elena when she probed him to speak.................
~What do you think?~ She asked, thinking about what she did back in the kages office.
~Hmmmm..I think..that you made yourself an enemy. A powerful one at that. ~
Giving a small smirk, she continued. ~Yes..I believe I did, but I will not pretend to be interested in these...village affairs. I am a ninja, I have the ability to manipulate water with my chakra..and Iam a demon host.
This village offers sanctuary, for iam not strong enough to abandon it . I will not let myself be killed by someone who wishes to have you.~
~Bah!, growled Rokubi, the wet gurgle that normally accompanied his speaking voice made it hard to understand, but elena had been with him for awhile, and understood it more then most would.
" You are a selfish human!...Very selfish indeed, have I had my go at it, id be out in a a swamp or a dark cave!
But iam bound by this retched cage! ~
Cutting him off, which she very rarely did ~Have you been left on your own, you would fall prey to those who wish to control you with malicious intent. Don't be a fool!~
Rokubi cut into her mind, feeling like a crushing blow that made Elena stumble slightly. ~Do not undermine me girl! Have I been out of this cage, I would melt you to nothingness! Not even leaving enough for the crows to feed on!! Be wary of your place, for angering me could prove you torrents of mental pain you have not even imagined~
Once he seemed done, Elena spoke once more..~ What do you suppose I do? I refuse to bow to others, nor do I want to become a pawn in some others fight...I..Im at a loss for my next move.~
~Then do what you wish girl, train..grow strong enough leave this village so that you don't need to depend on those here for our safety. Find someone who owes nothing.~
She shook her head in disbelief, if only it where that easy..~When I do...we can go live in a nice swamp or dark cave.~ She said, trying to please the demon.
~Hmph~ he agreed, cutting off and ignoring Elena.
Coming back to her sense, she realized that she now stood at the gates..nodding to the guards she slipped under and was a few steps out, getting ready to go back to what she called a home.

The only thing covering his very flashy outfit beneath was his leather jacket. And a fedora which shielded his face, a bit, from the down fall of the rain. Besides that his body and its clothing was revealed to the heavy rain. His thick heeled shoes splashed against the watered ground but did not seem to make a sound. He never did.
A smell drifted to his nose and he looked up. He was where he wanted to be, Ame. As he looked up his eyes instantly fell upon a woman within a cloak. She seemed to be caught within a trance as she stood there. Soon she shook it off and continued to head where she was going, sadly, the shinobi did not know where he was going. "Excuse me, Miss," he called out to her just loud enough for her to here as she almost passed him up. His milky white eyes of his bloodline almost seem to have an eerie glow to them as they searched to look into her eyes.

He slipped his gloved hands into his pockets. The man had an overwhelming urge to light himself a cigarette but did not. It would be virtually impossible to do so within the rain, and this he knew.
"I'm sorta...lost, you could say. You wouldn't happen to know any place that would be best suited for training Suiton jutsu, would you?" he asked her politely. However, there was an edge to his voice that didn't come off as friendly. Knowing Velox he'd never do anything to a woman. Period.

The shinobi snickered a bit. As if to mock her in a ways. "I do believe I mentioned to be training, Miss," he joked with a slight smile that parted his lips as he attempted to calm the situation. She seemed to be a bit uneasy with his presence. "You wouldn't be willing to take me there now, would you?" he asked her. In secret he was hoping for a yes. Even if she lead him there and just left. At least he would be able to get done with what he needed to get done with.

He smiled. "Thank you for this," he told her sincerely. When he came to think about it it had been a while since he had taught someone anything. In fact he used to be quite the teacher but it seemed like his time as a teacher had came to an end, or had it? This little trip which prove if it had or not.
