IF's a pretty nice character, yeah. She's not half as flashy as most, but for some reason, I just really like her design...
Of course, Neptunia V is mainly focused on the CPU's, so yeah... oh well. ^^

I guess I like her because she seems the most down-to-earth out of a bunch of cloud-brains. XD
Of course, lots of love for Vert, too. I just can't resist that archetype.
