Kren appeared with Vi at the door. "Hm...now....gotta watch out for that mage...but besides that, we should be good." He pushed open the door.
"Hello...Miss Lutia."

"Wait mage?"
Vi said, she was alittle weary of magic users. If a Mage was powerful enough they could seal someone like her away for eternity. Vi followed after Kren.

"Yeah...she looked powerful, but very much under Lutia's control. She won't attack unless told."  

[Valkyrie Nightshade]

"Well thats good to know.."
Vi stayed near Kren.

Kren smiled. "Don't worry...they know me here."

lutia stopped at the door studying the sign "that will be a good opertunity..." she pocketed the letter and walked in closing the door
and glared seeing the familiar guest
"would you like to tell me how you got in this time?
the door was locked."

"i opened it," He said simply. "Look, all i want is a business deal. I'm creating a research and development center. If you fund us, any weapons we create, we'll give to you."

Vi kept quiet and listened to their conversation. She was there to accompany Kren not interefere. Plus she didnt want to upset the mage.

Kren thought for a moment. "Where's the mage that's always at your heels"

lutia smiled coldly "wherever she wishes."
she thought over the offer for a moment

"if i accept this offer...i would want my people to have free scope of the facility,
regular reports on your facilitys studies
and i would require you to follow the jarian weapon laws."

she raised an eyebrow "are you able to keep to those requirments?"

"Well...what are your weapon laws?" Kren asked curiously.

"a while back the...third clan leader before me went to the trouble of writing an entire book on the weapon laws and bylaws"
lutia pulls a thick book from nowhere
"though the only rules you need to know about is

1.dont give a weapon to someone that they cant handle
2.any apocolyptic weapons must be sealed away imediently within the jarian vault
3.weapon plans cannot be distributed to the uncontrolled populace

there laws which are followed by every weapon distributor, developer and researcher throughout the city and harsh penaltys are delt to the law breakers"

Kren nodded softly. "Why not give us one of your members to keep a continous eye on us. To make sure none of these rules are broken. And one condition. If i feel a weapon is two dangerous, even for you. I can deny you access and destroy it, and any research along with it. I will of course inform you of this."

He walked in quietly, his wings wrapped about him comfortably as he noticed the others. He smiled as he greeted them.

"Greetings, Miss Lutia...who is our guest?"

He awoke on the couch wondering how long he had been asleep (sorry, I haven;t been on gaia as much in the recent past)
