"So...If I get this correct, you did not kill either half-breeds..." Recht said, looking down at Astaroth as he sat down in his throne.

"...That is correct sir..."

"You mean besides making people like me to tired to even get away when trying to steal from you..?"

"While I was busy dealing with the boy, he was lallygagging around above our heads, watching me fight the boy." Kagu groaned, her arms crossed over her chest as she stood next to Astaroth. "Apparently taking the form of the boy's father pissed him off and he proved to be harder to fight than last time."

"Well, that was a...Happy accident..." Omazige said with a nervous laugh.

"I swear the woman is retarded..." Astaroth scoffed, looking over at her.

"Your failures are beginning to annoy me..."

"...'Happy' accident..?" Hael asked, raising an eyebrow at him.

"Well maybe if you had taken care of the girl before hand, or even just help me with the boy we wouldn' have failed!" Kagu snapped, glaring over at him. "But no! You sat up there in the sky being USELESS and then when you finally decided to do something you scared the girl into transforming and ruined the whole mission!"  

[Zahzi]

"I hadn't meant for that to happen...Works though."

"My mission was only to supervise your failure."

"I suppose it did. I honestly thought you'd kill me though.."

"So you'd rather watch me fail then help me succeed and help Recht..?" Kagu asked, raising an eyebrow at him. "For someone so loyal to his master, I would have expected better of you."

"...Why would I kill a child..?"

"My orders were to only watch to make sure you didn't screw up to the point of death. I followed my orders to the tee..."

"Because I tried to rob you and you came out of the house wearing Deras and your claymore and chased after me..?"

"I still would have expected better from a dog like yourself."  

[Zahzi]

"Remember how I had actually given you a good amount of the money?" Omazige asked, raising an eyebrow.
"And I chased after you equipped because I had figured you were going to get attacked by something...Which I was right."

"...Run that insult by me again..."

"Yeah I was curious about that..." Hael nervously laughed, scratching the back of her head.
"And you weren't exactly helpful either when I got attacked..."

"I do not repeat myself, boy, to anyone."

"Well by the time I got there, you had already transformed..."

Astaroth grabbed Kagu by the throat and lifted her into the air, slamming her into the stone wall.
"I said, repeat that insult, worm."

"...I was up in the sky though, so unless you can fly with that hunk of thousand-pound tin stuck on ya, I was still screwed..."

"Make me." Kagu challenged with a hiss, glaring at him as her hands clenched tightly on her scythe. She always did like his body. Maybe it'd prove useful..

"...Which was why your transformation comes in handy..."

Astaroth began to choke her, slowly increasing the force as he did so.
"I plan to."
