Lyra tok a seat and held up her arm and a sparrow came flying down from upstairs. Stelmaria perched on her arm and changed into a pine marten and scurried onto her lap.

"You're good. Don't see too many people who can move their soul so far from their body, or those at your age who's can still shift." Kane commented on Stelmaria's appearance. "What kind of prodigy are you, Lyra?" He asked, under his breath, one edge of his mouth tightening in a bad attempt at a smirk.
Zadea tilted her head, all senses alert. Something was wrong here...

A small, satisfied smile appeared on his face, his pale skin twitching. "You can tell me, not as if anyone else would hear..." Kane said, his voice oddly comforting, in a way that compelled trust. He payed no heed to Chaz, as he was too interested in Lyra at the time.
Zadea turned to look at Ryou when he came out. "Getting some fresh air, it kinda smells weird in there, you can't tell, but I can. And it gets to me after a while." She said.

"Alright. I understand...." He said to Lyra, and finally glanced at Chaz. "Cards, did someone say?" In an instant, he'd hopped the bar, and was sitting next to Chaz. "I'm in." Kane said, smirking in a confident way. He then looked around, to see who else was joining in. "What're we playing?"
Zadea nodded. "Not sure what it is, but it makes me edgy."
