"Grenades are NOT harmless.."  

[Zahzi]

"It was a flash-bang."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Would you like a flash-bang grenade to be thrown in your home?"  

[Zahzi]

Brad shrugged.
"Happened before."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"It's not nice, trust me... He has every right to shoot you."  

[Zahzi]

"Still...People like us are SUPPOSED to do s**t like that for each other..."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"...Why would anyone want to do that to someone else?"  

[Zahzi]

"Let's just say we've know each other since birth..."

"...When did Slade move into the city?" Alex asked suddenly, looking up at Brad.

"How did he get there?"  

[Zahzi]

"Well, after your old man found him, he contacted King. See, they knew each other for years. King DID visit him on his deathbed too." Brad said, looking over at her.

"When Slade was still a kid, he was brought to the city under King's watchful eye...Along with I, who had already been there."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"...That explains the first masked man to step into my house..." Alex sighed.
"Everybody had to ******** hide themselves for me. Couldn't just ******** tell or show me anything." She grumbled under her breath.  

[Zahzi]

"Well, Ghouls aren't very popular, so he wears a mask, and Slade has worn that mask since he first killed someone."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"My Dad didn't seem to have a problem with him. He always taught me to respect a Ghoul, unless their feral. Then I'm suppose to shoot."

"But why does Slade wear that mask?"  

[Zahzi]

"Well...His face is so heavily scarred even he does not want others to see it...It was like that even when he was a kid...More than likely it's worse now.."

"...I thought my Dad saved him as the Raiders were going to kill him..?" Alex asked with a confused tone.
