She put her arms around his neck, as the two stared out the window. "Thats very true..if you were female..well their would not be that." She said, looking down. She kissed him once more, then looked back outside. Her problems needed to be talked about. "What I was freaking out about before..well I don't know anything. Well..thats not true. I know the lighting clone technique. And well...that it." She was sad at her lack of knowledge. "It's not that I really care to be the all powerful. Like I said, everything is not solved with violence. That my voice, and guiding wisdom could potentially help the village. But what if we came under attack? We have you..and a few others. But what if you were not their to protect me? I would be a total liability to you..and the village. I want to learn sir..to become stronger, and protect this village." She left off, her voice calm and steady.

Katsuro smiled, understanding what she was talking about. With a light kiss on her lips, he nodded his head. "You want to be come more powerful so that you could protect the village. Alright, I'll train you to become stronger Zeph. Since one of your elements is lightning and I can teach you genjutsu, I can make you become a strong person where others would know of it." He said with a wider smile as he wants to help her with everything he has in him.

Zephaniah took him in a huge embrace, whispering in his ear. "Thank you so much sir. Im a fast learner..and I never give up" She thought about it for a second, "I do get pretty frustrated..fairly quickly..but I can work on that." She said sweetly, bending backwards, her hands touched the hardwood floor as she tucked her knees in, sliding out from Katsuros grasp. She stood up and whipped her waist length hair back. "Lets get started shall we?" She murmured, smiling at Katsuro. She walked to the front of his desk, and took about 5 steps back. "Whats your first plan of action?" She thought about learning genjutsu first, like he mentioned. But she did not know anything about it really. Except for the fact that it dealt with more mind destruction then ninjutsu involving the earth. Both deadly in their own way.

Katsuro watched as Zeph got off of him with her own style which impressive the Tsuchikage. When she mention about genjutsu, a smrik came from him as he got up from his chair, stretching his arms and legs as it was getting kind stiff to him. "Well, for genjutsu, some require heandseals to preform one or none, depending on the genjutsu. Some require you to touch your victim, others would just have to look at your just so they are trance into it. It's all about the mind and how to fool it. A stronger genjutsu means a better chanced you inflict them. My Blood Red Eye can inflict a person with just looking into my eyes and they can't Kai out of. My Mist Byakugan eye can inflict them into my genjutsu just by touching them." He said as he took out a scroll with basic universal genjutsu and set it on the table. "These basics will be the start of something. I know you can do it." He said with a smile again.

Zephaniah smiled as she looked at her boyfriend. "Your confidence in me, is very inspiring sir." She said, continuing right after. "Genjutsu sounds amazing...to me it sounds as if to be a true master, you need to have a highly trained mind. Personally? I think im cut out for this." She said, she was hardly ever doubtful and had confidence in herself. Most took it for being cocky, but she knew different. "Now...who do I practice this with? I mean...how do I know that its working? Ninjutsu gives you the elemental result right in front of you..but genjutsu..doesn't happen like that does it?" She asked, not knowing the answer.

Katsuro nodded as he preform a seal, 4 water clones appeared in the room at the door. "Use them as they will help you in genjutsu. If you need anymore training in genjutsu, make some clones as they will help you." He said with another smile.

Zephaniah smiled, "Alright..lets check this out..hello fellas" She said, nodding to the waterclones. She looked at the universal genjutsu scroll. She picked what she wanted to learn, and went for it.

The double vision technique. Making the right handseals, she felt deep inside her, and felt her chakra stirring. Katsuro said that genjutsu was either visual contact, or touch. The double vision technique was a visual. So unlike the past jutsu she accomplished, she focused her chakra in her eyes. Within seconds the clones were looking around the room, in an almost frantic expression. "It worked" She said, happy with herself. (1/1)

"Is it...usual for me to grasp this so quickly? The clone technique took at least three tries. Weird" She said, unsure of herself.

The real Katsuro shook his head as he continued to smile. "Since you are a genjutsu user, every genjutsu you learn will seem much easier than that of a ninjutsu or taijutsu user." He told her as he continued to watch as Zeph progress in her training.

Zephaniah was a little confused, "Is that what Iam?" She asked, happy that she finally knew.

She looked back down at her scroll, and took up what she wanted to do next. "Alright guys..be ready." She said, as she did the second technique she wanted to learn. She made the proper handsign, and looked into all the clones eyes. As she completed the technique, she told them to walk forword. They took their first steps, and started to trip. Two of them fell down, as the other two grabbed onto the desk to regain the balance. "Next" she replied sweetly, confident in her skills. Drunken sight technique was complete. (1/1)

"How do you guys feel?" She asked the clones, they shook their heads as they said they felt drunk, and were seeing double of everything. Her previous two techniques were still in effect it appeared. She closed her eyes, and reached within herself. She canceled her jutsu and they stood up. Looking around the room with a hint of fear..scared of what was next. So this is what genjutsu is about. It was a very frighting type of jutsu.

She had to make herself not feel any remorse, for they were only clones and she needed to be stronger. The next technique required a single person, a one on one genjutsu. The stupification technique, mostly used to stop an opponent, while their partner or team member took the enemy out. "You..come here" She said to one of the clones. Katsuro's clone stepped forth, as she summoned one of her own lighting clones. She was an exact replica of her. She looked the clone in the eyes, and preformed the single handseal, "Shhh" She murmured, as the water clone was easily ensnared. She did not move a muscle, and neither did the clone. "Now" She murmured as her lighting clone put their hands together, took them above her head, and swung down dispersing the clone and Zephaniahs jutsu. (1/1)


She looked at her boyfriend, and smiled. "Looks as if im getting the hang of this" She said, as she rubbed her eyes. Ninjutsu felt emptying when she used it, but genjutsu put a small strain on her eyes. Made them ach.

((Im still new at being a genjutsu user..how am I doing for a newb? smile Oh and I have to go to work in like 10 min, ill be back on tonight..ttys))

Katsuro nodded his head as Zeph was getting the hang of this, a smile that showed that he was proud of her. He sat back into his chair as the clones vanished from thin air, seeing Zeph a little worn out from her eyes. "Alright, let's take a break and I will teach you the Iwa basic genjutsu." He told her as some hot tea would be nice for him. He might install one in his office whenever he wants tea.

"Too much strain on your own brain when using genjutsu too much can damage it. The first step of the side affect is your vision and tired eyes. All you need to do is just a quick rest and you'll be fine. The father you train in genjutsu, the less these affects would come." He said as it was her safety and genjutsu is all about the mind. Tired the mind and the genjutsu may backfire as well which wouldn't be good. He smiled at her as to wait until somewhat of her vision was back and the tiredness in her eyes went away.

"Well alright, I guess I will have to just wait it out, until it goes away." She said calmly as she looked at him. "Thank you." Thanking him, she stretched her arms a bit, and closed her eyes. Letting them heal a bit before getting back to training. With her eyes closed, she wanted to ask him a few questions. "Do your eyes ever hurt anymore? Oh and when was the last time you got into a fight?" She asked, curious about his own self.

"They did at first, one time I almost went blind when overusing them. But I train them to where I never felt that affects again. As for my last fight that was a death match, it would have to be with a man named Ryugan Kaguya. Lets just say that he broke four of my ribs and leave it to that." He said, remembering back at Sand when He went stir crazy over his student, targeting Katsuro for it. "We're civil now" He last told her with a low sigh.
