"Humph..." Malik grunted rather stubbornly, rolling his eyes in response to the comment. "Say what you want. I'll figure you out eventually." He said with a shrug, apparently not convinced. " My head hurts. I wanna go take a nap. How about we meet at the arcade later tonight?" the Egyptian proposed with a tone that suggested sheer indifference.

"Figure me out...?" Jounouchi repeated quietly, wondering what Malik meant. He quickly shrugged it off though, "Yeah, that's fine. I'll probably just hang out at the park or something 'till then." he said, going over to grab his bag.

Malik gave a lazy wave good bye, picked up his kitten who had been playing with her tail in the corner and set off to bed. The blond still didn't fail to irritate him. And yet... something inside him didn't mind the irritation. This bothered him even moreso. He couldn't stand for lowering himself to such low standards. Even worse, the memory of the kiss still lingered fondly in his thoughts, and he longed to have one more moment with the blond's lips.
Rubbish Malik! You're just sexually frustrated again! The moment something with a d*ck comes around you get all hot and sweaty. It's not as though you favor Jounouchi - you just miss the company of a lover. And that is that. Now go sleep it off! His own voice lectured him, as he slipped off the black jeans and melted into his blankets.

Jounouchi left Malik's apartment complex, carrying his groceries with him. He decided to run home real quick to put the groceries away, then get the hell out of there. He didn't want anything to go bad afterall. He stretched his arms up in the air as he walked, wondering to himself what Malik's deal was. He seemed much more moody than he had been in Battle City, and Jounouchi couldn't help but keep getting pissed off by him. Oh well, hopefully both of them would be calmed down at the arcade.

((Ohkaies... hey - do you wanna time skip to the arcade. Or to Jounouchi's place... if you wanted to throw some dad angst in, I could always give Malik something to do. Crazy dream sequence... or something. Or Malik could always come rescue him with those super cool instincts Jounouchi used to save him. Haha, anyway it's up to you. I'm flexible. ^^ ))

Malik had changed his attire. It wasn't actually a date-date but he liked looking good. It made him feel a little better about everything.
Neon green, pink, violet and blue lights flickered in sync with the animated sound effects of various video games, the loud screams of victory and defeat of children and teenagers alike also roared in the background. He leaned against one of the unoccupied machines, looking rather suave in comparison to the soda stained carpet under his ebony pole climber boots. Tonight he was wearing silver bangles and silver armbands, which sparkled with the reflection of the various arcade colors. (Although, personally he felt as though the rainbow had puked on his well thought out attire. He had yet to become fond of the rainbow.) He wore dark grey pants, with those costly yet fashionable rips in the thigh and knee and although his black vest failed to cover the skin revealed by his white bellyshirt, it served another purpose. A few young teenage girls grouped in the corner had been giggling and staring at him for the past few minutes. "He is so cute and so exotic!" one of them squealed, "I know! He must be from out of the country." her friend replied.
Malik simply rolled his eyes coolly, folded his arms over his chest and waited for his dat- erm Jounouchi to arrive.

((Well, Jounouchi and Malik mentioned that they might see others there, but I'm fine with whatever. XD))
Jounouchi, on the other hand, showed up at the arcade in... a simple white T-shirt and a pair of old baggy blue jeans, with rips in them quite similar to Malik's, though the rips were there from being worn out instead of for fashion's sake. He finished his ensemble with a pair of old, ripped sneakers-the ones Yuugi had gotten back for him from the Junky Scorpion, though they were quite worn out by now, not to mention they still had that knife wound. He walked into the arcade with his hands stuffed in his pockets, looking around boredly for Malik. When he noticed him casually leaning against one of the machines, he grinned, pulled a hand out of his pocket to wave, and proceeded to approach the other blond, "Hey." he said as he stood next to Malik.

((Oh okay... well maybe Honda and Otogi can be there... And then maybe Yugi and Anzu. Aww it's a triple date. O_O;; Sorta...))
"Oh hey Jounouchi." Malik replied, running a hand through his bangs. His eyes automatically drifting to the other's choice of clothing, scanning up and down a tad unsatisfied with what he saw. The pants didn't look horrible though. "Nice outfit ..." He stated unconvincingly. And what is with those shoes? They look ancient... and not in a good way. "I like your pants. Abercrombie? Or Hollister?"
((I dunno anything about clothes..... x___x;; This hurts me very much. O_<))
((I personally think Jou sounds cute! ^^))

"Aberwha...? Hollystar?" Jounouchi rose an eyebrow in confusion, obviously having no clue what these brand names were. "Dude, they're just pants..."

"Oh." He replied flatly. "I'd hardly say they are just pants though. That's rather insulting if you ask me." He pulled himself up from his spot against the worn out machine. "What sort of game do you want to play?"
((Haha yay! I'd rather be an anime dork than a fashion addict anyway.))
"Heyyyyy if it isn't Malik and his b*tch!" Cried an obnoxious voice from one of the DDR stands. Lo and behold the host of the obnoxious voice, was the equally obnoxious Otogi Ryujji. He jumped over the railing of the machine, black ponytail flying behind him as he ran up to the blonds. "Nice pants ya got there Malik!" He said with a grin, while reaching out a hand to high five Malik and then Jounouchi after.

"Erm... hey..." Jounouchi said, high-fiving Otogi though he didn't seem too happy about doing so. He then blinked, recalling what Otogi had said, "W-wait, did you just call me a b***h?!" he huffed.
Yuugi, Honda, (and Anzu I assume?) had been engrossed in a fighting game, but when they heard Otogi's loud shouts of "Malik and his b***h," they looked up to see what was going on. Yuugi smiled, seeing his three friends, "Jounouchi Kun!" he called, heading over to them, "Otogi Kun, Malik!"

((Oh I looked back to check... and apparently I play Yuugi. But I think you ought to play him right now. Uhm, just so it's equal. I seriously don't care, seeing as he doesn't have a major role or anything.))
Otogi flashed the pretty boy grin again. "Something wrong with it?" He teased, nudging the other playfully in the skull. "You are though aren't you?"
Even though Malik kinda thought it was funny, Otogi's comments were completely unnecessary. While he was trying to suppress his stupid crush on Jounouchi, he couldn't help but desire a chance to actually be with. At this rate Otogi was going to end up making it harder for him to win the blond's heart. Pretty boy needs to stop talking out his a**...
"Jounouchi-kun, Malik-kun!" Anzu exclaimed merrily following Yuugi over to her friends.

((Oh, whoops. XD;; Yeah, if you don't mind I guess I'll just play Yuugi for while they're at the arcade. *fails*))
"Am not!" Jounouchi huffed, not even hearing Yuugi or Anzu because he was so pissed off.
Honda rolled his eyes, "We're already being ignored." he watched as Jounouchi was about to lunge at Otogi, but quickly proceeded to grab him around the waist before he could do so, holding him back.
Jounouchi blinked in surprised as he was pulled back, "Wh-what the hell...?! Honda?!" he looked up at his friend, "Let me go!" he huffed.
"Nice to see you too buddy..." Honda said sarcastically.
Yuugi laughed nervously, "Wasn't expecting to see you guys here. But we can all hang out together now." he said happily.
