"He doesn't like half-breeds though. They threaten his power over the demons, seeing how he's made examples out people like your father and mother. So the more half-breeds he's got wandering around freely, the more he risks having the demons doubt and revolting against him. At least, that's what I gathered from him when we spoke during my LOVELY stay in his dungeon."

"He mostly talked about how you were suppose to be dead when you were born... And how I was his trap to you." Hael said, shrugging. "I still think he hates half-breeds all together."  

[Zahzi]

"Bruen, Omazige's father, was a special case..." Menos said, looking at the two.

"I suppose... Because following that logic, Alpha-b***h should be dead too..."

"Bruen was Recht's Second in command. He was in charge of his armies, while I was in charge of strategy..."

"Still... I say he doesn't like half-breeds at ALL."

"Were that the case, he would have killed you outright."

"He needed live bait though for Omazige.."

"What stopped him from killing you when he learned Omazige was coming?"

"I had believed at the time Omazige did not care at this point in time, so he may have held me to play as a simple, beaten innocent."
