"I got a feeling I've done this before..." Demi groaned, slumping her head before giving Gil a dull glare. "She may be my mother, but I don't know her, on a personal level. She's just someone everyone is expecting me to call Mom."

"Still. If she hadn't existed, I would have a few less headaches..."

"This is your SECOND case of amnesia."

"Yeah and you just said you'd rather I didn't exist." Demi growled, glaring at Gil. "Not very nice, are you?"

"...Not a very funny joke." Demi grunted as she went back to eating. "I can't help it I can't remember two years of my life."
