Momiji Akiko ukE Alphonse try pulling a double waittressing shift that lasts 14 hours and you only get a half hour break around lunch.........then you can whine about your feet hurting, heh * offers you and swimming noodle to roll around with your feel * it helps me, try it Try standing in the 100 degree heat while having to load bags of rocks, fertilizer etc. for 9 hours with only a 30 min break. My feet not only hurt they were on fire.... Just had to add mine since we all seem to want to complain ^_^ especially since that's my specialty... 4laugh how much did your bags weigh? i wanna see if the trays full of shiz i had to haul were heavier....... and rei-chan......the red dragon is not my friend......i hate it very very much...... scream

Are we comparing awful job stories? Cool! Here's my most recent one, from two years ago:
Seasonal work at Home Depot, unloading Xmas trees. Start work at 4AM, sometimes in sleet or freezing rain...a semi with over 500 trees arrives. The trees are from up north, so they are literally encased in ice. Some guys climb up into the back and begin tossing down trees, while us unfortunate few have to catch them, carry them thirty feet, and stack them. A 9-foot tall fir encased in ice is HEAVY, and cold! After you have unloaded 500 trees by hand, you get a 10-minute break, where you get to hide under a little awning to get out of the sleet. By then, you are wet head-to-toe, covered in sap and the paint they use to mark the different trees.
Then the next truck arrives.
...and the next truck arrives.
Then the sun finally comes up.
It might actually stop sleeting at some point...or not.
This is all for minimum wage, no benefits (which would be nice, 'cause you are going to get sick)...
Funny thing is, that job was kinda fun, in a twisted sorta way... xd

Sorry, but that is my idea of fun sweatdrop I had loads of fun breaking down 2 giant wooden crates that were basically 12' X 8' with only a hammer and crow bar. Love that s**t. Breaking stuff is amazing twisted

Though I was getting paid $2 over the minimum wage at that job too. They should really pay more to manual labor workers, though it may be simpler then a desk job but the work is far more strenuous...
