I like running takes my mind off things
plus they weren't that bad
it just felt like my abdomen was going rip out as well as my ribs
much better than the previous days when my back was all stiff and in pain mmhmm

I just ran
but like I said I damage my upper body
to be exact my hips
my upper abdomen area and ribs
y lower back
the back of my left arm....
so anything I do is painful to be honest

It's actually very funny..............
I don't know crying
there many reasons
but I woke up a few days in pain lmao
my theory is I slept wrong
my moms theory I did to many weight
my older brothers theory is that I was kidnapped and done some weird experiments on an now I'm a super hero >.>

Like I said I woke up like that I mean it was really random someone text me at 6 am and right when I woke up I felt something wrong there was so much pain there and I notice I was sleeping in a odd position....

Well my knees were bend so most of my weight was being concentrated on my hips and lower back idk

Hmm.... I guess I can see how that'll ruin your hips and lower back, but that's how I used to sleep all the time. Plus, some of my friends sleep like that as well confused . The position you're talking about is when the body is curled up into a loose ball, right?
My superpower would be... either having to do with energy or void whee .
