((Onyx chuckled as he came to the deck, his stance easily rocking slightly with the ship. "You know, I doubt Slayer will see the Soulless I sent after him," he said quietly.))
Tarik walks around the island while his ship was being fixed. The hole in the boat was easily fixed, so all they needed to do was to pump out the water from the boat.

He asked in mean tone " Have you got any idea where Slayer went ?. He has been gone for a few hours now. We got to move on towards Rome "
The other warlord Grunted " No I do not.. But My bet he is with his wife in the new palace... "
James nodded and went back to Sky " Come on Princess we are going on a trip to see your father.. "

((I heard from Elaise, she lost access to the Internet so hopefully she can join us again soon.))
Sasori was glad they were on their way again. They lost valueable time. "We need to catch up to Tarik." She looks over at Eiji straining "Are you doing ok Eiji?"

Aku smiled as they softly just enjoyed each others embrace. She glanced over to the sweet plate the servant got her, and was so tempted to get one. Yet, was so comfortable where she was right now. I'll get it later.. She thought as she lied her head on his chest once more. She closed her eyes a bit to where she could relax, not wanting her mind to overflow like before.

Sasori goes over to Eiji. "I'm not sure how I can help, my powers aren't very useful at sea. Water and fire don't mix well. If this was a coal or steam powered boat I could stoke the fire. We're in the wrong century." she says feeling not very helpful at the moment. "I hope we can pick up Tarik's trail."

A bead of sweat goes down Eiji's face as he continues to lift the boat. This was not at all like controlling Nathaniel and Bartholomew. He looks over to Sasori and smiles. "I'm fine... just not use to this kind of weight. Keep on a look out for their trail. I'm not sure how you'll do that, but we should be alright for now, encounter wise."

"I guess we should continue west for now." They steer the boat towards America after reaching the Atlantic. "I wish we had a map."

Yes a map would be good, but alas the people that were meant to make a map haven't even been born yet. Tarik truly picked the time period that would screw us up the most." Eiji chuckles, keeping the majority of his concentration on keeping the boat afloat.

Acos saw Eiji straining, and decided to help. "I wonder..." she went below deck to see if there was anything really heavy. "WHO PUT ANVILLS IN HERE?!" she yelled. There are anvills in here. That makes it harder for Ehiji to lift the boat.

Onyx growled as he followed Acos, seeing the anvils. "I've got an idea; what if we manage to find Tarik's ship and drop a few of these on board?" he said softly. He lifted one in one hand, only slightly surprised to find he could. I guess it did more than I realized, he thought.

"Sure. That should slow them down." Acos agreed, nodding.

"That'd really get the drop on 'em, no pun intended," Onyx said dryly. The anvil had to be easily eighty pounds, yet to him it felt like lifting no more than a ten pound weight.

Acos dragged an anvil up the stairs to the top deck. "We are going to drop these on Tarik's boat. Hopefully, they will not only slow him down, but put holes in his boat." she said. "I'll help you get the anvills." Meggie said.

Onyx grabbed a second of the nearly dozen anvils and hauled them up on deck before tossing them overboard. "We can keep maybe five of 'em to drop on the ton'ma's boat," he said. Roarke blinked, seeing the massive blacksmith's anvils Onyx was hauling around. "Damn," was all he managed.
