 "No, just help her with getting though it and make sure she doesn't strain herself to much other wise she will be killed by it," he said said slowly choosing his words carefully while trying to think of a way he could help her. It was mostly up to herself though whether on how bad it would be or not.Sky shivered a little bit before she closed her eyes and started to slowly fall asleep again warming up. She almost made a sound like purring, but her body started warming up rapidly.

 Cade nods gently, looking to Duke with a determined look. She won't die, not on my watch he states resolutely, turning his attention fully to Sky. He almost wanted to turn into a wolf again, to be able to warm her better and keep her protected. But, that amazing release won't happen again for another month. So, he sighs softly, shutting his eyes as he meditates, sleeping lightly to awaken if anything should change, other than her temperature rising which he was getting used to by now. Well, that is until the tremendous spike in temperature, causing a frown. "She's warming up fast, that normal for this?" he asks silently, barely restraining himself from licking her forhead sweat away.

Duke started to fall as sleep as well before he noticed Xaio and felt like a complete jerk. "Oh, nothing, it's just a little bit of a issue, Sky just woke up," he said to Xaio before Cade asked him a question and he smiled. "No, but nothing else that's happened to her either. She must really like you and feel safe," he said calmly standing up and walking over to Xaio.

He sighs softly, nodding gently as he cuddles closer to ensure that if it was a fever it would break again. But, when he sees that Duke is leaving the room he gives into instinct and begins to lick her face, removing the grime, sweat, and slight bit of blood that had plastered it from the night and the fight they had. If he was to admit it to himself, he felt somewhat comfortable around her too, enough to fall asleep in front of which was an amazing thing. "Check up on me in a few hours, I know I am going to need to use the rest room eventually," he whispers, knowing Duke would most likely hear him.

She had been standing there, unanswered and silent, but being able to tap into occasional telepathic transmissions and verbal communication was found helpful enough to find out what really was going on, that and the visual experiances Sky was going through. Something rare? Supposedly extinct? Think again it seemed....
"I suppose that's better then. Just make sure she is stable doing so" Xaio responded a tad bitter to Duke as he finally addressed her much earlier question before conversing more as he approached her. There was no way she could stay mad at him...."If only..." She told herself silently.

He raised a thumbs up as he walked out of the room. Duke sighed feeling bad that he'd forgotten about Xaio. "Here, I'll cook this morning since I forgot about you and that's not very good at all. I just got caught up in trying to help and explain, even though I didn't all the way," he grumbled stretching his arms out and rolling it around.

Cade yawns gently, the lack of sleep starting to get to him. So, he cuddles as close as it is safe before shutting his eyes. It wasn't too long before his breaths evened out and deepened, taking in the scent of his new friend. While he slept his muscles never relax, tight enough to wake him if she were to do a major shift indicating she is awake but loose enough to not smother her.

Sky slept soundly and started to feel better soon before she shivered a little bit and started to feel weird. The muscles in her body started to tighten up and under them her ribs started to pull back together and snap into place under herself and her muscles started to pull themselves back together where it was injured. She opened her eyes slowly wondering what the heck was going on.

Cade slept soundly until he heard snapping close to his ears. He tried to ignore it but lost, groaning as he wakes up to see her awake as well. "Mornin' Princess," he mutters softly, blinking when he hears another snap. "You feel alright?" he asks, running his hands over the safe areas to check her out a bit, to see how far the process had gotten and to see if she was wounded anywhere.

Sky nodded and felt her side that she felt move and it didn't hurt at all and everything felt alined and in place. She pushed herself gently away from Cade and she didn't hurt when she sat up. "Yeah... I feel... fine," she said a little surprised. She dared to stand over the edge and try to stand up. Slowly, she got back to her feet and stood up feeling a little weak on her feet but she was able to stand without pain.

He looks on at her nod, trying to ensure she was truly alright. He took in her scent and blinks, it being almost fully 'dragon' he supposed was the scent. When she stood, he jumped to his feet, ready to catch her if need be but sighs in relief, the need right now not arising. "Good. Let's do my own version of a physical," he states, jumping fully off the bed and onto the ground next to her. He puts a hand out and taps his palm. "Hit it, as hard as you can," he states.

Was a little of balance and stumbled backwards when he landed next to her but she soon was okay. She flushed when he asked her to do this since she didn't want to hit him after all she'd done for him, but he was going to make her do this other wise she wouldn't be able to leave... But she was still hesitant.

He grumbles under his breath about her being a pain in the a** currently before sighing gently. "I'm tough and I don't hold it personally. Now, don't make me actually beg you to hit my palm. Do it or you're not getting out of here even if Logan gives you the green light," he growls, taping the center of his left palm again.

Sky closed her eyes and bit her lip before she opened them again and cocked back her left hand and balled it up into a tight fist. She let out a growl as she threw her whole weight into the punch and just as it collided into Cade's hand it exploded in a small fireball and everything behind him exploded and shattered from the force and even the wall became cracked every where.

He looks, bracing himself as he gets the desired reaction. What he didn't expect was the fire thrown in, not to mention the mini-explosion going on behind him. It slid him a few feet and he gasped in pain, his hand getting burned from the hit. He instantly grasps his injured hand and smirks at her. "There ya go princess, that wasn't so hard was it?" he asks, flinching at the burned skin, not to mention maybe a few misplaced bones in his palm.
