Ohhh, I had my first snowfall too.
It melted within the same day though.
But like Ukyo said, this is only just the beginning of winter.

Soon they'll be tons of snow covering the ground for the whole winter. ;D

Oh, no, sorry. I'm really swamped with school work at the moment, is all.
Final exams are next week, I have a paper/project due monday, another project due tuesday, and another project due either monday or thursday (my teacher has yet to clarify), so I'm sorta trying to concentrate on getting the projects done at the moment.
I get distracted easily though, so I might post later when my desire to not work takes over, lol.

I wrote the best thing ever today XD

its called The Beast

Whiskers that stretch to be miles long
Run across the earth
The black giant takes a large step
She looks about, full of authority
Does she see me?
I surely hope not
For if she does I may end up being her lunch
She jumps!
Long curved blades
are outstretched potruding from her hand
how they shine in the sun!
What fierce qualities her delicate black face holds
Pointed teeth glint and a soft nose twitches
her pointed ears move around and try to
catch my breaths
The beast looks down and meets my eye
A soft meow comes above me questioningly
She bats at my binoculars again
Damn cat has knocked the lense out
