The blue contrasts, but it's better than some sort of bright, eye-bleeding green.
The belts around the neck actually set the whole thing off well.

All the time, in fact.) The glisten has a life of its own, I swear. Sometimes it's there, but sometimes it just decides I'm not worth it. xd Right, you get a 3/10, because it looks cluttered. In all honesty, you look like a pile of junk, about as elegant as a gutterball. (Pun'd!) whee
