The four buttons (or the four directional keys, depending on which hand you use) can be pressed to make chords.
Then you strum the screen to make chords. You can go up or down, and the speed of the stroke affects the volume.
... I think... that's it. There are songs you can play to? I think. But then they just give you the notes and you're on your own.
