He didn't even notice that Kogai was knocked out. Dev found the scroll and he found out that Phi was the only one in the village who new the jutsu.

futashi's chakra was leaking out. his dark chakra was surrounding them, not trying to grab them. "wrong move. orders are orders. you cant disobey them." he said, crossing his arms.

In a flicker of swirling winds Zann appeared beside Futashi, his brows ceased in a frown.
"Now's not the time to use the Nibi, Futashi." Turning to the others, his scarred face looked even more sinister in his deep, serious frown,
"If a Jounin orders you to go to Mist, you obey without question. Understand? With Mikyo at the gates, now's not the time to rebel." Zann said in an icy, cold tone, a tone that suggested no nonsense and no objections.

Rae saw the Jounin arrive and talk about going to the mist village. That is when his parents were much happier because they both secretly wanted to go there really bad. They stood up and his mother grabbed Rae and then did disappeared, along with his father. They were heading to the mist village.
