well she's wanting to become a mod, so she's helping out in the Q&A forum. and of course, with the change in the forums, there's a lot of glitches. and this one girl wants to know what's up with the layering glitches. and she keeps bumping. and it's a slow moving forum, like the cult.
xd so she tells her that it's a glitch, it might get fixed with the rest of the forum glitches or it'll be fixed later, and that the bumping is offlimits unless it's off the first page. which it definitely isn't.
she signs off for the night, and the girl decides to PM her and bug her about it and saying she's being rude and starts demanding an apology .... yadda yadda.

my friend defends herself, trying her very best not to be rude and to be nice (since she wants to be a mod), and the kid responds back being noob-ish and rude herself.
and my friends just trying her best not to rip right into this kid, cause now she's pissed that the kid keeps PMing her about something she can't change and something she didn't do.
