 Duke looked up and then he nodded and grabbed a plate and two pancakes before he grabbed the syrup and started dousing them in it before he put it on the plate. He stood up and pulled out the coffee and poured some into a large cup ad started to sip on it while he ate his pancakes.

 I let out an oomph of surprise, getting knocked back a few centimeters even with it just being a parry. She, this strange girl, is serious! I jump back, my shirt getting nicked by the blade, slicing it diagonally and almost off. Great, my favorite and best shirt ruined and vest-like. Just what I need, a heist gone wrong and no shirt to wear! I flip with the momentum, doing a 360 to run towards the forest only to see some crazy guy right there, arm in a sling but holding another blade. Okay, screw the heist, not worth my life! I drop the crown, change my arm back to normal and put my hands up, keeping the glove in my mouth but the crown fell to the ground. "Who...who are you guys?" I ask softly, eyes shaking. When I get my answer, well, surface answer I nod gently. I wasn't touching that thing if it meant my head!

 Cade, panting up a storm comes to the edge of the forest after running like a mad man to spot some moron facing off a fully transformed Sky. This had to stop or she could kill the guy! He grabs Mugen and steps out from the boundary of the forest and into the clearing, glaring down the guy in front of them. He nods in satisfaction as the crown is dropped and the guy's hands go into the air. But, what catches is the fact that one: the guy's arm is blood red and two: the blade sunk into his arm. He couldn't help but smirk when the guy asks who they are. "Currently, think of us as the police. Leave the crown and lets get moving. Sky, when we get back I am going to kill you for running out after just healing," he growls, looking to her before motioning to the guy to move.

Sky didn't say anything she didn't even acknolage him as if she wasn't really there. Her yellow eyes just glared at the thief as if she was more of a animal going after prey then a human catching a thief. She didn't move until he said her name and she looked up at him but that was about it. Quickly, she sheathed her blade and folded her wings neatly behind her with her armor clicking together as she shifted her weight a little bit waiting for him to be led where ever.

Cade sighs softly, sheathing Mugen before grabbing onto one of the guy's raised right arm with his good one. He then pushes him forward, looking to Sky. He knows she is in there, she reacted to her name easily enough. The object was getting her out. He retreats into the forest, planning on going around the security team that was currently running towards the trio. "Sky, where'd you leave your bike? We need to get away from here fast and I can't do that with a civilian, thief or not," he states, waiting for a reaction while the guy just looked between the duo like they were planning on eating him or something.

I gulp, waiting for a reaction from the other one, the one that had chased me to the forest. I don't want to die, I really don't want to die! When she finally slid her giant sword into its sheath I sigh a breath of relief. I flinch though as I feel a hand grab onto my right arm and pull down, hard, until it was right against my back. I refused to give into them any more than I already have, so I don't make a sound, just waiting for whatever was going to happen. But, it isn't that long before I let out a yelp of pain as I am basically dragged into the forest by this wacko and crazy person when he asked where her bike is. This girl, with huge a** wings needs a ride? I look between the two, who the heck are they?!

"Glad you enjoy them" Xaio said before pouring the last bit of batter into the pan and wait for it to become flippable. It didn't take long and when both sides were made just right, she placed it on the plate along with the others and turned off the stove. It was then she cleaned the pan and spatula quietly. Duke had fallen pretty silent too. When her chore was complete, it was then she grabbed breakfast for herself to settle down besides Duke. "Sometimes you confuse me sir..."

Sky let out a huff of air when she heard the cops and when the guns were shot off and she turned around and melted the bullets and then she jogged back twords the cops. "Let me grab it," she said jogging back. She grabbed her bike and drove it back before she leaped off it and gave it to Cade. "Do you want me to take him back or will you?" Sky said calmly starting to get back in her mind even though her body was starting to be strained badly.Duke looked up at her from his coffee with a confused look on his face. "What do you mean?" he asked casually taking another sip of his coffee.

His casual stature and calm question along with his gaze flustered her. Xaio began getting alittle red. "You're j-just so....hard to r-read" She informed him before stuffing a decent sized bite into her mouth to chew away nervously.

Duke didn't miss a beat between drinking his coffee and responding. "I'm trained like that. If you are curious, ask," he said simply before finishing up his pancakes. He was a little frustrated himself at this point but, he wasn't in a mood to actully express it.

Cade smirks as she melts the bullets, him retreating further into the forest, hiding easily while he kept the guy quiet. He waited there until Sky drove up, basically giving away their cover easily. But, it doesn't matter, they would be gone before anything major happened. When asked who would take him as he is handed the bike, he nods his head towards her. "You're in better shape to handle him if the dumbass tries anything. I'll meet you at headquarters, no killing the moron though," he states with a sadistic grin, pushing him at her before revving the engine and speeds towards the base, knowing Sky is right behind him.

How can these guys just brush off cops like they are nothing, or melt bullets mid-air for that matter?! Man, I am so dead! I let out a whoa of surprise when I am shoved to the ground, keeping my mouth shut, knowing he was hiding from the guys on the move to them. When I hear the bike after a few minutes of hiding I snap my head up. What the heck is that girl thinking?! She'll give us away, but this guy is totally unfazed?! I groan as I am lifted from the ground and pushed towards the girl with a yelp as the guy, my only protection from certain death, rides off.

Sky rolled her eyes and sighed before she caught the thief in her arms. She scooped up him in her arms bridal style before she crouched down and leaped up into the air spreading her wings. Just as she did, she became a target for guns and she covered the guy up with herself and on of the bullets hit her in the back but she just growled and melted the rest of them before she took off full speed passing over Cade. She continued to fly until she saw the base and she landed carefully on the roof carefully. Now, her body hurt everywhere especially on her back.

"Oh..." She bit at her lip when the piece of pancake she was eating had been swallowed. "It worries me though cause I never know anymore if you're happy or sad or ticked." He was nothing but a blank canvas of expression right now to her. Even taping his mind yielded nothing but what he directed towards her.

Duke sighed and rested his head on his hand looking down at his plate. "I don't know..." he said starting to show a little expression of sadness on his face before he covered it with his mug of coffee.
