Dawn nodded and shook her head before she sighed as she heard them talking about Damon's wounds.. "Alright then. I guess we should start going." she said, trying to keep herself calm.
Lily felt Lucius's hand on her shoulder and she smiled at him. She then heard Xalidir and she cringed at the thought of Damon being dead. "Well then it's a good thing he isn't normal." she said with a soft giggle. She stood up and looked at Lucius. "Help me carry him." she said quietly as she gently lifted Damon up, careful not to touch his knife wound.

Lor nodded and sighed.
"Valcom..is not within are reach..not right now."he said softly.
Lucius nodded and picked up Damon..carrying most of him..but he was sorta distracted.
" I'll go alone if I got to Lor..I ant leaving my dad to die."he said.

Lily looked at Lucius and shook her head. "Don't say that. He's not going to die." she said quietly as she smiled at him.

Lily looked at Lucius and sighed. "I don't pretend." she said. "I just try to keep hoping. It's all I can do." she said as she looked at Damon. She started walking carefully to make sure she wouldn't wake him up and so she could keep up with Lucius.
Dawn sighed and looked at Lor. "Leave Victor here and you go back to find Valcom. I'll wait here for you." she said as she crossed her arms and ran her fingers through her hair.

Lor shook his head.
"Its a bad idea..if Valcom was gonna die..he already would be dead."he said very gently.
Lucius sighed.
"You and Damon..I don't know how you guys just stay...focused."he didn't mean to insult her but he was worried..

Lily smiled at Lucius and giggled softly. "Trust me. It's not easy." she said as she shook her head. "I mean, there were so many times when I wish I could just break down. Like right now." she said as she rolled her eyes. "But for some reason, I just...keep going. Maybe it's because of the little picture I have in my head of everything working out. Everything just being peaceful again." she said before she laughed lightly. "I'm optimistic. I just can't help it." she added.
Dawn looked at Lor and nodded. "You better be right." she said with a soft chuckle.

Lor frowned.
"You make me feel so much better."he retorted laughin slightly.

Lily looked at Lucius and shrugged her shoulders. "Honestly, I don't know." she said as she looked at Damon. "I just wish he wouldn't keep getting himself hurt like this." she said, trying to hide the worry in her voice.
Dawn smiled at Lor. "Sorry. I'm not in a real cheerful mood." she said as she rolled her eyes.

Lily laughed lightly and nodded at Lucius. "Oh, I know. He's just so stubborn." she said as she smiled. "But he's determined too. It's one of the reasons I'm still here." she admitted.

Lucius shook his head.
"We all know why you have stayed with us.Your main reason.."he said softly
"Damon is a just man..one in a million.but that isn't all there is..Damon sacrificed his life for all of us..and well..the fact is...you two click. Your his other half..and he is yours. You know..he won't tell you this..but..he has one thing on his mind for if we all survive this..course I can't tell..that would be rude..but it definatly includes you Lily."he said smiling.
Lucius patted her on the shouldar and starred at the sun.
"Don't tell him I said anything..he'd kill my a**."he chuckled.

Lily blushed lightly and smiled at Lucius. "It's when you say things like that, that keep me going." she said as her smile brightened. "Trust me Lucius, we will survive. We always do. Besides, I don't plan on giving up as long as he's breathing." she said with confidence.
