I mean, technically speaking, their most successful bio-weapons came from T-Virus.
But the superior virus by far was the T-Veronica Virus, even though Alexia sort of developed it independently, and obviously had no intention of turning it over to Umbrella.
So what do you consider this so called fact, hmm?

Well, like I said. It's a matter of opinion. Technically, Wesker isn't an achievement. And the virus that made Wesker all powerful was given to him by Birkin, but as far as we know, Umbrella didn't know anything about this Virus.
Also, achievement would indicate that it benefited Umbrella. As far as Science goes, I think that Birkin benefited Umbrella more than Wesker. At the same time, Wesker stole their data and bailed to another organization. I'd hardly call that an achievement on Umbrella's part.

Oh, right, I'm sorry... It's all my ignorance of the series. Until you mentioned it, I didn't even know that Wesker existed. :3

Alright! What was the very first test subjet the G virus was supplemented to? (not really the hardest ever by my mind is all fuxed up like my body so please work with me.

Well, I'm pretty sure that as far a we know it's William Birkin.
I mean, G-Virus came FROM Lisa. And it was tested on living tissue, but I think those were just severed body parts.
So the first, fully human, test subject was none other than its creator.

I said what was injected with it D: and the answer is number 482. subject: Gray. Then it shows a clip of a poor mousey being injected with the Virus and then you get a for more video clips showing it grow in size. Then finally it shows the a clip of the mouse cage filled with dead mice except for one...which was starting to decay, losing flesh, fur, revealing bleeding sores and bone.
