The Student Lounge

"What the...? Train?" he said. "I wanted to get away from these powers..." he muttered some unintellagable gibberish afterwards. {So, I was right... but I need train now... and what tests? or even classes? aruhgh...} he thought, his mind bogged down with the cumbersome mysteries.

Koichi chuckled. "Then to your room we go," he said, starting off to the left and towards he girls' dorms. "We can pack all that now," he said simply, not sure how long they were staying there. He could assume the locket was specail to her, although he didn't quite know why. He wanted to ask, but didn't; he wasn't sure if it'd be safe or if it'd hurt her to tell him. He bit his lip for a moment before grinning. The vein started pulsating once again as the kid asked Kana what she wanted to do, and not even acknowledging him. Not only that, but hadn't they told him they were buisy in the lounge? Ne rien.... he thought, Nothing gets to him, I think.

Kana blinked at TJ, tilting her head. "Well, this place is primarily for learning to control powers, right? So why would you come here if you wanted to get away from them?" She watched him curiously for a moment longer until Koichi spoke and stole her attention back. She nodded her head, smiling cheerfully. "Ok!" she said, beginning to follow after him. "It won't take long, since I don't have a lot." Her tail unwound from her waist, and began flicking behind her again as she walked. She paused for a second, glancing over her shoulder to wave goodbye to TJ again before facing forward again.

He blinked at first, seeing the tail. "Wow...that's cool..." he said under his breath. "Ok, I'll just be here...." he sighed, ans snapped his fingers. No green sparks, but some leaf-like emitted. "That's new..."

Lancaster lead Bijou into the lounge looking around at all the people...he could feel the eyes of several young girls staring at him...well, he know already had a fan base who would know him for his night look. He smiled as he walked past bowing his head to the girls who kept eyes locked on him.

"Oh my...there sure are alot of people." He said brushing back some of his hair, then looking down at Bijou smiling, glad to have a friend already made at the school. "Its so lively. I heard from that cute welcome droid there are over 900 students at this school. That is amazing."

Bijou smiled. This place seemed awesome! A lot of the girls were staring at Lancaster, but she would let it go. She didn't care. She started to dance to the beat of the music that was plalying. It was a good song, but she couldn't identify it. "Yeah, there are a lot of people here! I love it though, that means you have lots of people to make friends with!" she had to say it louder than outside, because the music was playing so loudly.

" Is there anything you wanna do here?" she asked. To be honest, there wasn't much to do, except for dance. Oh, and Maybe get a smoothie. She was starting to get thirsty again. It was probably because of all the people. She walked over to the bar and ordered a strawberry passion smoothie. She sipped her smoothie and headed back to the dance floor. "Never mind, let's dance!" she said. She got a huge smile on her face and sipped her smoothie some more, then started dancing again.

Lancaster smiled and joined her in dancing for a bit. He smiled. Sure this was not his normal dancing style but he was quite able to adapt to what was around him and found his way into the beat.

Yes, quite alot of people to make friends with. Someone like you should find friends very easily! He quietly followed her to the bar, he was not feeling like much to drink at the moment but he still escorted her to and from the bar before rejoing her on the dance floor. "It is quite alot of fun though I must admit this is not much to the dancing I am used to." That was hard to say, he was trainned in several styles of dance to be honest...he just had never been....club dancing before, that didn't seem to stop him, nore did it seem that he was telling the truth, he was a really fine dancer.

She nodded her head. "Yeah, I'm hoping to get lots of friends here. I just haven't been here long enough to actually, you know, make any of them" She grinned. She did have at least 3 friends here though: Max, Fayth and Lancaster. She didn't know if she could consider Angellea a friend because she hadn't spoken to her long enough.

Then she wondered what Max was doing. She didn't know if he was in the hospital or anything. Then she looked up at Lancaster. When he had started dancing, he seemed a little awkward, but now he was getting into the whole beat and everything. She wondered what else there was in the student lounge. There was a food court... but she wasn't hungry, and she had her smoothie. There was a Bar and Grille, but once again, she wasn't hungry. There was this room. It was a deep green and had beanbag chairs littered throughout to sit on. And then there was the Study corner. There was no one there. No one at all. That seemed like a nice place though. A little dusty. She would go there eventually, during the school year. Maybe do a little homework there. Then she smiled again. It was a big grin. And she took a sip of her smoothie. It was very good. Only the best for Ria High, she guessed. "Hey, do you think that after we're done here, we could part ways for a bit? I still have to check into my dorm room. I don't want a double. I've never shared a room with anyone." she said.

Lancaster smiled as he danced turning away some of the girls that seemed to be asking to join him. He would never leave the girl he originally came with unless they decided TO split up, but even then he would still keep an eye out just in case trouble arised. He looked around, noticing the same things Bijou had been looking at. This school really had all the comforts of home for just about anyone.

"Hey, do you think that after we're done here, we could part ways for a bit? I still have to check into my dorm room. I don't want a double. I've never shared a room with anyone." He turned to her and smiled. She was right, they should check on their own seperate rooms, see how they looked. He did give the Droid his request and he was sure the little darling would let the others know of his desires. Would their be droids in the dorms as well? Maybe they'd be adorable as the welcome droid Lilith. "Yes you are right. It'd be nice to see how the sleeping quarters are, and it would be even better to sleep in them. Thank you again for your company Ma Bijou." He bowed low at the waist to the little angel, and smiled taking her hand and placing a delicate kiss upon it.

"Ok... but we don't have to go now. It's not even that late." she said. He was very... formal. Not something she expected at this school. Then she smiled and danced a bit more. Now was a good song. "Tetanus Shot" by Tsunami Bomb. The band had broken up a while ago, but it was still good music. She smiled and dance more, sipping on her smoothie occasionally.

"I wonder if they take requests..." she asked. She wandered up to the DJ and looked down at the list of music. Apparently they did. She laughed silently to herself and looked through the music. They had Frou Frou. Her favorite band ever. She smiled and requested "Let Go" then walked back to the dance floor. Hopefully they would play it soon.

"Oh of corse not." He smiled to her and continued to dance. He continued to watch his surroundings smiling softly to himself. He may as well enjoy his look...he would change again when the sun came up. At least he'd always know time it was.

He watched Bojou walk over to the DJ to ask for a song, he smiled as he soon heard it playing. Oh, it was somewhat slow.....he knew this song, he danced to this one time at a performance he had. Him and his partner were quite the hit. He smiled and took Bijou's hand pulling her close to him, a smile on his face as he pulled her around the dance floor. One hand rested safely at the small of her back the other one holding her hand he looked deep into her eyes, winking to her once that read, 'Follow my lead'

Jump in....oh well what you waiting for. He spun Bijou around slowly keeping his eyes only on her. Its alright..cause their's beauty in the breakdown He slowly stoped her spin taking her into a dip looking into her eyes, he couldn't help it but no matter how hard he tried for his eyes to be soft, they would come off a bit stern and cold somewhere behind the soft exterior...the curse of this form...he'd always look like a bad boy. He continued his strange blended, but so elegant dance style to the song all the way till the end.

Cause theirs beauty in....the breakdown.... He sent her down into another dip but this time he leaned it close making it look as if he was about to kiss her, but Bijou would hopefully beable to see, that he was in control and that was not his intent in the slighted. "Angels are quite the dancers." He whispered into her ear as he slowly pulled her back up, bowing his head to her once more.

Bijou blushed. She hadn't danced like that since she was 10. She was living with her mortal father and he took her to a party. She danced there. It came so naturally to her, and she had overheard her father speaking to some other aristocrats. 'You should enroll her into a dancing school. She could become quite the dancer!' they had said. 'No... she could never go to a dance school. She would get bored. She needs to be doing something different everyday.' he said. He was very supportive of his daughter. Even if she wasn't his. She sighed and looked at the rest of the dance floor. There weren't many people any more.

The song was changing again. This time it was "Crazy" by Gnarls Barkley. Such a good song. Not as good as Frou Frou, though. "Maybe I'm Craaazyy! Maybe I'm Craazzyy! Maybe I'm Crazyy! Possibly!" She smiled. She had never been much of a music buff, but then she started watching MTV and VH1, and it all just kinda jumped at her at once. She like pretty much every kind of music. She wasn't much of a fan for rap, though.

Lancaster smiled looking at the small group that had surrounded the two as they had been dancing. He smiled and looked at Bijou, a bit dissapointed about the next song choice, but what could you do?

He laughed and rubbed the back of his head. "Have you had any professional trainning, Bijou? You are very elegant and light on your feet...perhaps thats how all angels are, light as a feather."

"No... it just sort of comes naturally to me. I don't know quite why. People in Paris thought I should go to a school for dance. But my father simply wouldn't allow it. She grinned and nodded with the beat of the music. She liked the song. Lancaster looked slightly glum when it had started though, but she decided not to make any comments.

She wondered what her father was doing now. She had grown attached to him. Soon the thought was dispelled, as the music changed to a song she didn't know. It sounded like... it was. It was Boulevard of Broken Dreams. She hated that song. She wasn't a big fan of newer Green Day music. She only Really liked the music from their old days. Like from Kerplunk!. That was good music, right there. But she wouldn't think about the music and just go with it.
