I am not going to sit here and listen to him rant about crap i dont care about. Then ignore me. It's what i do, it really helps me think to ignore myself.

TheWingsOfTheGods It's reall easy. You just block out the voices with music, and BAM. I can think. When I run track and field I trained myself to listen to a song in my head in order to take my mind off of the race, and even fatigue itself. So basically I taught my brain to ignore the sign of fatigue. ^Is that what you mean? Cuz its a ******** awesome, I shaved 25 seconds off of my half mile one year doing this. Kinda comes at a price though stare
