I'm gonna wait for Little Big Planet to reach my store. It's not something I have to have right away. So I'd rather wait a month and pay $10 less for it. I've got too many titles to buy on release date anyway.

lol I'm currently playing Saints Row 2. My character is basically a transsexual gangbanger since you're playing the same character from the original, who could only be a man at the time. rofl
I don't care for the story, I just love doing random stuff. razz
I might play Fable 2 and I'm positive Little Big Planet will be loads of fun (the sack characters are just too adorable).

Yeah, I tried out the Beta, it was pretty awesome. Just not something I'm in a big rush to get, I guess..
Oh god... I just watched this Discovery Channel show called "Bitten" where they talk about different cases of venomous bites. And it made MY stomach turn. They didn't censor the gruesome images of rotting flesh, skin grafting, etc. Awesome, but... Yeesh....

One time, they had to remove the patient's skin from their stomach. I didn't watch (my eyes were covered), but my mom just had to tell me what they were doing. rolleyes

This was pretty brutal. The guy's thumb swole up and basically started to rot because of the venom. But after a few days, when they took off the rotting tissue, they discovered that the venom actually digested his thumb right down to the bone, even a part of the bone was digested. And they showed it all.

Yes, that was my reaction. And it call came from a Snake no more than 15 inches in length. Tiny little thing.

Then there wasa guy who got bit by a brown recluse spider, (which you can find around the Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi area of the US), whose venom basically started spreading underneath the guy's skin, so they actually had to cut off the skin, leaving a 12 inch in diameter hole of exposed muscle, arteries, etc. in the guy's leg. Man, was it gruesome!

Biohazard EXTREME Mirror's Edge sounded awesome. But it lost me as soon as I saw that it was first person. I mean, let's face it, the main character, is nothing short of gorgeous. So to know that I'll spend most of the game NOT seeing her... What's the point? They had to do it from her perspective for a lot of reasons Bio, so don't knock it just because it's from first person! First off, a hell of a lot of the sytems involed in free running/parkour alone mean precise aiming and prescision, which you need from that 1st person perspective. Besides, the devlopers said themselves that one the big goals is to give the player a greater sense of Movement and momentum, and 1st person just happens to be the best way to do it. It's not all about seeing the character completely, Bio. You see her torso, arms, and legs, isn't that good enough? Besides, if you wanna see her body so badly, there are cutscenes and cover art. confused

And I don't actually NEED to play the game to watch the cutscenes and cover art. I can find that stuff on the net.

I can't wait to pick up Mirror's Edge... Then I need to enhance my survival horror. My mom finally franchised a 7-Eleven (basically she bought it so she owns it now and gets more money) that she managed so I'm gonna work for her. It's on college campus (MSU), so she gets buceau bucks. On top of that, I'm tutoring someone in Spanish who's giving me $20 a week for two or three days a week. Finally, I can have money! biggrin I also might have another student to tutor for $20 a week too, so that'd be awesome.
Using this cash, I will Ebay the s**t out of survival horror. Or I'll check out that place at MSU first, 21st Century Games that has stuff from the 20th century, ironically. :XP: If not there, then Ebay will be my bestest friend. Trying to decide what to buy first: SH1, the Fatal Frame series, the Dino Crisis series, the Clock Tower series, the Alone in the Dark series... Jesus, too much! Plus I need a new PS2 since my old one is two steps from dying from overuse since launch. Ooh, I'm such a pricey child. heart
