Well I wasn't kidding! Why hire Chibi-chan on as a Moderator when YOU can do the work instead Fishie-chan? Also let's not forget the fact that you haven't been doing much moderator type stuff lately ^^;

Perhaps, you ought to start an advertising division in your guild staff. Just find a couple of people willing to advertise/spam for the guild in exchange for some kind of honor, title or minor moderator powers. That's one of the ways I used to get willing spammers (not the shameless kind of spammers either). Helped with activity a lot. And if they aren't willing to show you evidence of their work then you can just toss them. cool
Also, they've got to have something to advertise, so I suggest that even if you wish to keep the Tenchi name, you should broaden the topics to include most if not all Anime & Manga, add more Fanfics & Fanart, add an Cosplay Section, Contests (I'm sure you can come up with some) and add active mods that will keep the activity flowing on slow days, not to be harsh on the staff here but they are pretty lazy in that respect... and no I'm not applying for a mod job, gave up that kind of stuff long ago, just figured I pass on a bit of my experience while hoping you put it to good use...
