Um... Basically... Nice to her friends, but really bleeping scary at times.
Actually, I tend to think of Flandre as having a dragon-like personality. She stays in her room a lot of the time (in Touhou), which is like a dragon staying with its hoard, and I've seen doujinshi that depict her as extremely protective of the people and things she cares about. When Flan is seriously pissed, the best plan is usually for a friend (Marisa, Remilia, or Meiling) to calm her down, because even by Gensokyo's standards she's almost unstoppable if she puts her mind to something. rofl More like a force of nature than a person, really. Again, similar to how dragons are often portrayed. I think I'll have something fairly close to that, except without the leaving-the-hoard thing. Because she stays in the basement. ^^
