I need to have some reason for Rednal to stay in his home and not run away as fast as he can, after all. XD Having Flan friendly to the house's inhabitants but mean to outsiders is a way I can work things in plot-wise.
Keeping the dragon idea going, everyone else in the house is part of her hoard, and everybody knows (or should know...) that dragons don't like to hurt stuff that's part of their hoard. ^^

Also, dragon-type personalities are deeper and more complex than others, since they have a mix of various vices and virtues, as opposed to people like tsundere and yandere who are pretty straightforward in the end... a little complexity is good.

Since stuff. o wo Well, AC3 can only be so long. Arena will return eventually!
And in the meantime, twists and turns are my master plan. But I might need a map in the meantime so I remember where to put them... o.O Oh well.

^^ One benefit of having lots of characters is always having someone to do stuff with. And quieter periods let me focus on character development and my personal plans without worrying too much about not being available for other encounters, so it's not all bad to have some relaxed occasions.
...
