the red seems a bit, BOLD and bright.

umm... i take its black and white isn't a color theme?
and my hair would be black if I could afford my only favorite black hairdo...

maybe try to find more colour coordinating items? ^^
edit: ok now that i look at it again o-o
the items do colour coordinate but i dunno if they go that well together
it might just be the hair colour
