1) No industrialized nation that I know of has their Age of Consent (the legal age at which one can legally have sex), and often times the age at which two males can have sex is even higher. You or your partner can suffer many legal ramifications, especially him if he is older, from this.
2) AIDS and HIV can be transmitted through any bodily fluid. So every time you have oral or a**l sex, even with condoms, there is a risk! Same with giving hand jobs, since if there's a cut on your hand and even if you get his pre-ejaculate on it, there's a chance of transmission. Hell, even kissing and making out is a risk!
3) I question as to how old this partner of your's is, and why they would be having sex with an 11 year old boy, especially when they knowingly have AIDS.
4) You're 11, no matter what you say or think, you are not mature enough to be handling sex, let alone with someone who could infect you with a terminal disease.
