SAA is another name for a Revolver which means Single Action Army, but I doubt it would be anything like British Single Action Army, or Biohazard Single Action Army.

Well, I think that Biohazard Searcn And Assault seems believable.
I highly doubt that B stands for British.

That wasn't a chainsaw. But that bag does look suspicious, in that it's a very Ganado-like feature.
Although it's also possible that he has a bag over his head because, like Lisa, due to the Progenitor Virus, he lost all the skin on his face, so to hide the ugly, they tied a bag over it... Or something along those lines...
