Char rumbled, glancing from Alex to Potato and back again. He was not especially sure that he wanted to do what he was about to do but.... Well they needed to progress this mission and so what had to be done had to be done. Char bowed his head in acknowledgement and turned to Potato. He gestured to it.

"Well of course, I would imagine a set up like this for each one of the engines." Faleen responded to Daniel, the idea that there might be more a pure delight.

Completely unaware that the computer was voice activated, as her attention was almost entirely on studying the power source.

She didn't need clarification for the silent reply; not with Kailee right there, and was happy enough to leave the topic for now.

"It'll be really interesting to see what we can get out of them; if we have enough to replicate a fully viable organism, assuming that's Shaymin fur... Well, maybe you can work on making a Shaymin glow? Softer than rocks." Tambrey smirked, recalling the glowing Onyx efforts.

She turned an ear, and an eye, turning, and tilting, her head to look back into the other room where Char had taken the Chatot, curious as to see whether it worked out.

Lex having done a round of searching, and finding nothing overly suspicious, decided to hang about the door frame with Kailee until they needed him.

Glit slid into the next room, settling down in a bundle and Howlback followed the serpent to give the techs more space to work. He reached up, idly stroking Flatline's smooth head.

The chatot swiveled his head to look questioningly at Char, then glided over to the computer desk as asked, puffed himself up, then parroted in Tethys's usual monotonous, cold voice, "Stop that." Once done, Potato swiveled his head again to look expectantly at Char and the humans again.

An ellipses appeared on the screen, and an image of Tethys's face, contained in a square icon, appeared, followed by a string of text:

Pass Phrase?

Hayes, who had been tapping out a text to the group as Char rumbled to Potato, shut his eyes.

Everyone quiet.

He looked up, and quickly dropped his gaze again.

Comp needs a pass phrase. Any ideas what Tethys would use? Ask Daniel too.

The voice sent a shiver down his spine and made his stomach clench even knowing that it was coming out of the Chatot. It seemed to work on the computer though- oh, wait, no, no it wanted a pass phrase. Damn. "It wants a pass phrase," Aulus murmured quietly to Char, who couldn't read.

Char blinked at the screen and then at Potato. he said quietly, hoping not to disturb the listening machine.

Kailee smiled softly. "Yeah... Im not sure how good it will be but im holding out hope." She was talking in a hushed tone so as not to disturb the machine in the other room. She grinned though. "Yeah... much softer... Although! Im getting much closer to getting those cells to glow... Now to just get them to replicate..."

She frowned. "Sorry... " She said before Lex appeared. She wasnt stupid she knew they didnt want to talk around her. She glanced to her dex and shrugged.So then she just kinda waited for them to figure it out... she didnt know the woman... so she had nothing to offer as input.

She waved silently to Lex.

Potato swiveled his head again, this time at a rather extreme angle, as he looked at Char and clacked his beak a bit. he replied, He added in a happier note, swiveling his head the other way at a similar angle.

Reading the message that she got, Faleen furrowed her brow, turning around to watch what they were doing.
Taken aback by the image of Tethys on the screen and a request for a pass-code.

Lex waved back and paused, checking his dex. Well hopefully it needed a clear voice imprint before any security went off. He paused and frowned, typing. 'I can't think of anything, but wouldn't it have to be in Tethys voice?' and sent it back.

Tambrey smiled, and nodded to show interest- this topic was interesting, even if she'd just picked it for a distraction.
"Oh, no worries." She replied softly, though seemed -slightly- unsure as to what Kailee was apologizing for.

Then everyone was silent, and Lex had joined them; she gave a brief nod to him, acknowledging he was there, but staying silent to not disturb the computer in the next room.

'How about "I'm a crazy ******** b***h,"?' Aulus texted to Alex alone.

What would she use as a pass phrase though? Something obscure or was she arrogant enough to use something connected to her ideology, presuming it could never be used against her?

It didn't seem like anything the Chattot might know would be able to help with Tethys' voice,
Faleen glanced instead to Daniel "What kind of personal had access to this?"

Lex: It would; trying Chatot.

Hayes' shoulders jumped with a strangled noise that might've been a laugh at Kurt's text, but that was as far as his amusement went. He texted back.

Try again. She didn't think she was crazy.

He stared at the little chain of texts on his 'dex screen, willing a likely answer to appear.

At central computer. Using Tethys login. Need her pass phrase. Ideas?

There was probably a timeout on the prompt.

He really didn't want to think about this.
