I saw the first 12 or 13 episodes on Crunchyroll with English sub before it was taken down due to being dubbed.
They have season two up, though. @3@
I know of a website that has a ton of anime shows converted to RMVB format. :]
They have Hell Girl up for downloading.
Unfortunately, they use rapidshare and megaupload for their downloads and all.
So it takes a while if you plan to download a lot of episodes in one day. xD;
