((I feel the same way about Azula. It's a love-hate relationship. XD;;
That's depressing that she ships Zutara, but I doubt that would make you guys stop being friends. D: I mean, I ship Puppyshipping and we still get along great. XD;; But yeah, I like my theory too. D: I hope Katara ignores Zuko and she and Aang get into a mild relationship (maybe a private one that Sokka or Toph don't know about; I don't like how blatant the Zuko/Mai one was), and I hope Sokka and Zuko fight non-stop. X3 And I hope Toph just watches observes the whole thing and laughs. <3
I never liked Haru... I'm all for bishounen, but it bothered me how much of a pansy he was, yet at the same time he was made out to be some super special awsome Earthbender that gets all the ladies! D:< I like pansies, but not in Haru's case... XP Not to mention he tries too hard at being a pretty boy, and in turn ends up looking kind of ugly. And now with that facial hair... *cracks up* It's taking over his face! O:
It's okay, I'm not used to being the dominator. XD;; I bet because of our roleplay styles, the relationship will end up turning around eventually where Sokka is the one dominating everything. ^^;; ))
Katara panted as well from all of her real bending, though watched Sokka with a look of triumph. Then, suddenly, she blinked, seeing a person emerging from the mist towards Sokka. Assuming it was someone from their tribe, she simply watched curiously.
Zuko quietly snuck up behind Sokka. Luckily, the "Waterbender" was making so much noise in his celebration that Zuko's footsteps through the snow were unheard by anyone. Zuko quickly proceeded to grab a hand over Sokka's mouth, pulling the Water Tribesman against his chest and forming a small "fire knife" in his free hand, holding it to Sokka's throat, "Don't move an inch, or I will kill you..." he whispered dangerously into the other's ear.

((Haha, yea I know. It's just funny really. But yea, I think Sokka might be annoyed if Aang and Katara were all lovey dovey... maybe I'm wrong. And yes, I hope they fight! It'll be so awesome! I can't wait! <3

Sokka felt his heart begin to race as the cold of the words entered his ears. W-what was this? Was their tribe being abducted again. That's when he realized the black ash has started to fall into the white of the snow, the ground below him began to slowly turn black. He was too panicked to try water bending again, the voice in his head cried, "I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die." However, the rational part of his brain was still moving like clock work. He remembered his glove was still soaking wet from the snow. Maybe that'd be enough to distinguish the small fire knife. It was worth a shot. To put a fire out, one needs to take the oxygen around the flame. Moisture helps even more. He remembered putting out many fires around camp. This should work. He pulled up his hand and wrapped the glove around the flame. The glove sizzled. This fire was burning hot with rage!! Even through the thickness of his gloves he could feel it. Hoping the other would be distracted for at least a moment, he pulled his hand out of the glove and wriggled from his grasp, tumbling clumsily into the snow below him. "I won't go down with out a fight." He stated boldly, fists shaking in fear.

((Yes... is there going to be another new episode this Friday? o.o I looked ahead and there will be an episode of Avatar on on Friday at the usual "new episode time," and when I asked for a description it just said "episode information to be announced," which it always says when new episodes are coming... o.o

Katara's eyes widened as she watched the scene before her. Was that... a Firebender...? She was about to run out to help her brother, but suddenly noticed some of the mist clearing, seeing the large group of enemy soldiers waiting to attack. "Oh no..." she whispered.
Though she hated to leave Sokka behind, she knew the only hope they had was to get help. There was no way just the two of them could take that many enemy soldiers. The village was close... they would still be out-numbered and out-powered, but it was better than just two. "Wait for me Sokka..." she whispered, biting her lip and running off towards the village as fast as she could.
"Tch." Zuko frowned, "You are only making this more difficult on yourself. Put up a fight and I will be forced to hurt you." Zuko looked over at the hand that had had the fire blade in it. It was now sizzling and smoking from the moisture. Zuko quickly sent a large blast of fire from that hand, causing the remaining moisture to evaporate away. He smirked, going into a fighting stance, giving Sokka a chance to stand up and defend himself.

Sokka pulled himself up. He needed a plan. His boomerang was a few feet away from him on the ground. In order to beat this guy.. he needed a weapon. He backed up a few feet, turned tail and ran, grabbing his boomerang as he did so. He also dunked his gloved hand into the pool of water as he passed it. "Go ahead and try - but you'll have to catch me." As he ran (away from the village, so they wouldn't be in danger) he flung the boomerang at his enemy. Hopefully it'd be a hit.

Zuko glared, quickly taking off to run after Sokka, dodging the boomerang as it flew towards him. However, he wasn't accustomed to treading through snow, and his heavy boots and armor didn't help, so he was much slower than Sokka in the case of running. Zuko, in spite of the situation, smirked to himself. Sokka apparently hadn't noticed the soldiers that were nearby. He sent a jet of fire in the air as a symbol for them to give chase to the 'Waterbender.'
Zuko's men did just that, traveling in a group and beginning to surround Sokka.
Katara ran into the village, completely out of breath, "Gran Gran...!" she gasped, "Firebenders... they attacked Sokka!" she said in a panic.

((Uhm.. not really... because I can't play old people for some reason... it's hard enough for me to play Iroh. I don't mind if you have more characters. I mean, I have more in the other roleplay... ))
"You have pretty bad aim" Sokka noted, as he watched the firebender aim his fire in the air.
That's when he realized many dark figures were closing in on him. He caught the boomerang in midair as it came back to him. Since the young firebender was the closest to him, he kept darting the boomerang in his direction. It seemed in vain though. He needed a better way of attacking him. He did have some spices in his pocket he had gotten from a trade that he had been meaning to give his Grandmother. Maybe running wasn't the best option. If he was surronded by these big guys he'd surely lose. It was time to take the offensive. Maybe he could close in on the the other teenager and get the spices in his eyes. That would leave him defense less for a little while, and Sokka could work the rest out from there. He reached into his pocket with his freehand. He'd have to have perfect timing if he wanted to pull this off.
((He has like... no chance... crying ))

((Okay then. XD;; Not like Gran Gran will be in much more of the RP. I'm not gonna even bother giving her a font color... ^^;; ))
Gran Gran's eyes widened, "Firebenders...?" she looked up and noticed the ash raining down onto the snow, "Oh no..." she looked around at the pathetic amount of people left in the village, all women and children, and Katara the only one who could Waterbend at all. "We need to do our best to protect my grandson. Any of our people we must do our best to protect from the Fire Nation. Let us go save him then." she said.
"Gran Gran, you stay here with the younger children..." Katara insisted, "The rest of us will go."
Gran Gran nodded, "Very well then."
"Hmph, who says I was aiming for you?" Zuko taunted, drawing near Sokka and aiming a blast of fire at him. "I am now though." he smirked.

Sokka fell to the ground to dodge the attack, making sure to push the powdery top layer of snow and ash up with his shoes as he did so. Hopefully it would hit his enemy, or at least calm the fire down.
He threw his boomerang, right at Zuko's face this time as the other closed in on him. That would be the distraction. His free hand in his pocket felt at the herbs and spices. "Please work..." He whispered to himself desperately.

"Agh...!" Zuko's helmet was hit by the boomerang, making a loud clunking noise and denting the metal of the helmet. Zuko stumbled backwards a bit from the impact.
Katara lead as many of her fellow villagers as were capable of fighting to where Sokka was, running as fast as she could over the hill she had previously hid behind.

Sokka smiled, happy that his boomerang had finally made contact. He ran in closer to the firebender with a handful of the spices. "Take this baldy!" He exclaimed, throwing the spices at the other's cold yellow eyes.

"Argh...!" Zuko squinted his eyes closed as a reaction to the sudden stinging in them. Big mistake... he closed the spices further into his eyes. He quickly brought his hands up, rubbing frantically at his eyes as they began to tear up.
The other soldiers, seeing that their commander was in danger, quickly surrounded closer around Sokka, some aiming blasts of fire, and others aiming spears at him.
"There!" Katara pointed as she and the other villagers charged towards Sokka.

Sokka tried to run when he realized the herb throwing had worked. He picked up the boomerang again, and shoved the other teenager aside so he could escape. But, he tripped on a small mound of snow. He tried his hardest to pull himself up to no avail. The dark figures were closing in on him and he couldn't even get up! He thought of his dad, of his sister and of his mom. Was he going to die here in the snow? Was he going to die because he was too weak to get up? These thoughts evoked tears in his eyes, he couldn't move. It was over...

Though he couldn't see at all, Zuko could hear movement nearby, "Seize him!" he commanded, standing up as he continued to rub the spice out of his eyes.
The soldiers obeyed, gathering around Sokka and grabbing each of his arms, pulling him up.
"Oh no, Sokka!" Katara shouted. They were still a distance away from the battle. What if they didn't make it...? What if Sokka was taken away, or killed...?

Sokka let out a cry of defeat. He couldn't believe this was happening to him. His sister... he promised her so much, and to think the last time he spoke to her was a string of horrible insults. Just because I was jealous.. The tears now dripped off his face in heavy sheets, the way the ash was now falling from the sky. He had failed everybody. He had lost.

Finally getting his sight back, Zuko looked with blurry eyes at the other villagers running towards them. "You two," he pointed to the two soldiers holding Sokka, "Take him to the ship. I will join you..." he said, needing to wash his eyes out before he continued fighting, "The rest of you, stick with our original plan." he said.
The soldiers nodded, heading to confront Katara and the others.
One of the village women looked at Katara, "Katara, they're taking Sokka away... you sneak off and try to save him, or we might never see him again... we'll distract the soldiers..."
"Anya..." Katara bit her lip, "It's dangerous, what if you need help...?"
"Don't worry about us." Anya replied, "Just save Sokka...!" she suddenly pushed Katara off the hill, so she landed in a large pile of snow where she was concealed from the soldiers.
