Kekkei genkai: San Ichimi

Name of jutsu/ability: Solar Flare

Description: This jutsu requires no hand seals, simply a sudden flash of the eyes. Using the light from the Sun, as well as the energy from it, one diverts it for split second towards the direction they're looking. During this split second, the light is also highly concentrated to twice that of a solar eclipse. If the enemy is looking in the general direction, their vision will be highly impaired for anywhere from five to ten seconds afterwards. Accompanying the effect will be little blueish/greenish dots that will simply beg a little annoyance to the enemy for a few minutes. There is also a more serious effect of the jutsu if the enemy is making eye contact, providing a 1-50 chance of blinding the enemy. (I might assume that you would need to roll a die and hit a 50 to blind them unless you think that aspect is too powerful, then it can be gotten rid of.) The downside to this technique is that it can only be used when the Sun is making contact with the user.

Name of jutsu/ability: False Sun Technique

Description: This technique is often used when the user is cut off from the Sun or they need additional light. In order to perform this technique, the user will need to have a medium that has soaked in the Sun for at least twenty-four hours and be the approximate volume on one's fist. Sand is a plausible medium since it is laid out in the Sun for extended periods of time and is often plentiful in it's supply. Once the user has the medium in their possesion, they perform a couple of hand seals, then must quickly make contact with the medium. It will glow a dim light on contact to show that the charge was successful. After this, they simply throw the medium into the air and guide it with an open palm. The user then need only clench their fist and it will suddenly combust into a bright glowing light resembling a small Sun. Since it is an imitation though, it only provides half the power of the Sun to the San Ichimi user than the real one does, but is still handy in certain situations. After the False Sun has been created, it can be moved at a walking pace, but nothing faster. It will only last for five minutes at which point the light will fade and the medium will reappear and will need to resoak in the Sun.

the first one seems a bit too powerful for gennin level . how about they only can possibly blind an opponent at chunnin or jounin level. for the second one, accepted

Kekki Genkai: Byakugan

Name of Jutsu/ Ability: Sword of Heaven

Description: The user gets there hand covered in water and concentrates on Chakra forming around there hand. Depending on how much water there was a sword begins to form. The user then charges at the opponent and jabs the sword at one of the Chakra Flow Points hoping to hit it. After the sword makes contact with the body a gust of wind is then sent at the opponent sending them off there feet. * The sword must hit from the end point or it will not work and the jutsu will break and the jutsu also consumes a large amount of chakra.

C-Rank- The sword is small and can only hit the skin creating a bruise. The gust of wind is just enough to push the user back but not make them fall over.

B-Rank- The sword is about 5 cm larger then the C-Rank and can make a small cut on the skin when it hits the opponent. The gust of wind is enough to make the user fall on there behind but can still get up.

A-Rank- The sword is now the size of a katana and can cut through the skin and come out the other end but not make it's way through bone. The gust of wind is hard enough to send the opponent off there feet and fly back about 5-10 metres.

S-Rank- the sword is the size of a b*****d Sword and can cut through bone. The wind is stronger than a tornadoe and can send the opponent back 15-30 metres. The force of the attack will knock the opponent out if they are Jounin or above, if below that then the opponent goes into a temporary coma.

Name of jutsu/ability: Hidden bone control

Description:This is like the was the kaguya also control it while it is connected or in them except with a responsible amount of chakra placed in the bone itself it can be controlled from a distance such as underground or in a hidden place, if it is too far away control will be lost.

Rank:Genin-Able to make enough about the size of their arm and can only go out to about 250 feet away.
Chunin-Able to make an amount about the size of their torso length and can go about 500 feet away.
Jounin- Able to make enough to be about 1 1/2 of the original persons size and can go about 2000 feet away.
Sannin-Able to make enough to fill nearly an entire building and can go out to 2 miles away.
Kage-Able to make enough to span out through most of a village and can go up to 10 miles in diameter.
