How can i earn like 300 per day or something like that?

I know i can earn it by turning the insanity in the puzzles but its too boring and too complicated for my little mind.

Well, the more you are on Gaia, the more you get gold.
Just wander around. You'll find something that will catch your eye.
Try hoarding. Most people do it.

in your duty and in private life. Never spare yourself,
and let the troops see that you don't in your endurance
of fatigue and privation.

It's all a scam. They make the process of earning gold very slow so you waste more time on gaia.

Always be tactful and well-mannered and teach your
subordinates to do the same. Avoid excessive
sharpness or harshness of voice, which usually
indicates the man who has shortcomings of his own to hide.
