You're probably right. sweatdrop I've just never seen Hotaru with any of the Sailor Senshi except for Chibi Moon and the very rare Pluto, as a pairing, anyway (actually, she rarely even stands next to anyone besides Moon, Chibi Moon, and Pluto).
