Porn crosses that extremely thin line where the Fed has no right meddling in our lives. Creating a ban on it only creates an underground smuggling network. Porn is psychologically normal, and personally the Fed telling us no, is a sign of oppression. Because the porn industry is classified as art, and it is because it is form of media, it is protected by the 1st Amendment. So the Fed banning it is a violation of the Constitution, AND clearly oppressive. So no, banning porn is both illegal and wrong.

Well, ya its a form of art, But not all of the time.
Sometimes it would just be blunt, normal, uninteresting se x.
But, If the director is creative with the positions the actors are put in, it can very well be considered art.
But most of the time, Pornographic actors/ actresses do not hve acting skills......trust me.

look it is all art in a bluuu way but non the less art as blunt and boring as it could be it is art i personally think all that ugly weird looking glass sculptures are not entertaining but still it is art

First off, I think porn is disgusting. Why do you want to watch other people have sex (pictures, video, etc.)? But that's just me. I think it should be illegal but I don't think that will stop people from making movies and taking pictures. So, really, it is somewhat pointless. And I have read somewhere that it could lead men to rape, but it also said that is rare. So, in short, I don't like porn and think it should be illegal but I don't think it would help anything if it was.

well that is THE most american thing i have ever herd but its your right to think what you like now I'm going to say this probably EVERY man older then 13 has seen some sort of porn so why doesnt every man rape women because it has nothing to do with porn it just more likely that the rapest is addicted to porn and is mentally ill and porn is not helping his condition that i will say

I agree fully , porn is a way for men to fantasize because frankly I myself am not as imaginative as some woman claim to be. not that I can't i would just prefer it if i do masturbate. I want to do it with something visual & engaging. As to it leading to rape that's like saying guns kill people people kill people same goes for rape . I think most people are just prudes & not comfortable with sexuality in the first place.
