I think you may have mentioned it. YAY I got the Anne Rice trilogy! Interview with a Vampire, The Vampire Lestat, and Queen of the Damned!

Trilogy? There are like 10 - 12 books! But yea those are the first three and the most well known (The Tale of the Body Thief is pretty well known too). I've been meaning to reread them. I know my family has most of the books but I've only been able to locate 6 at the moment.

Annoyingly it's a lot of the new books, and I'd really rather read the originals. I have:

The Vampire Lestat (#2)
The Tale of the Body Thief (#4)
The Vampire Armand (#6)
Blood and Gold (# cool

Ok that number pattern is weird...I need the odd numbers! I also need 9 (ok that's an odd) and 10.

And then I have the two newer stories that weren't part of the original chronicles (although they were written before some of them so weird?) - Pandora and Vittorio The Vampire. I really want to read the first 4 so I've got to find Interview with the Vampire (#1) and The Queen of the Damned (#3). I'm moving out of the country in two months though, so I doubt I'd get through most as I'm going to try and finish Through the Looking Glass (almost done), Howls and one of the newer Pern books before I go, since I can't take a lot of books with me. I'll probably try and take my more classic type books that I've collected but yet to read with me (just in case they end up being assigned for class) and those will just be my pleasure reading. I really should also finish Huck Finn since I'm in the freaking middle, but I got so bored. Such a shame, I loved Tom Sawyer.

Holy crap, that's a lot of books! I know Lestat is one of the originals, Interview was a good one, Armand has showed up in both books (#'s 1+2) and I've wondered what was his malfunction. And Yes, it is dandy!^^

I know right? Yea Lestat is the second after Interview. Maybe number 6 will finally explain his malfunction? Heh xd

Well go ahead? I mean I don't think they are so set to order that it matters, chronology just gives a time line. I'm OCD so I like to follow time lines, but it's not confusing to break them. Especially if they are wide spread, or disconnected events. This series I read, Dragons of Pern, I read it chronologically (in sequence to the time line in the books), but that's not even the order they were written in (Anne's books however are written in order of chronology - mainly).

So yeah, I found this Gaian called Rare Metal and It was a Marik Ishtar avi, so I read his "evil" journal and he was an absolutely pathetic excuse of a villan. neutral So I heckled at him. twisted

Oh you got the books for a plane ride? Well that's cruel getting them so far in advance, haha. I can't read on planes, trains, boats or cars. I get really bad headaches. It sucks. Mp3 players are the best thing that ever happened to me for that reason.
