Wedding in the Mist: Yun and Luna's wedding (Open to all!)

Luna kissed Yun back fiercly almost knocking him over. By the time she realized everyone was still watching cheering and clapping had broken out among the crowd. Luna settled herself and stepped back smiling and laughing a bit as she looked up at Yun who was turning even more of a bright red than before. Suddenly, one of the members of the attendees screamed as someone had crashed through a nearby window. Luna looked at Yun and ran to the windowsill leaping through the window to the ground below and landing on her feet. Before Lenon could get to far Luna ran in front of him and stopped him. "Lenon, it has been a while...." She smiled fiercly "What do you think your doing crashing my wedding, you made me ruin my dress."

Yun smiled and laughed with his bride as he heard the crashing glass. He instantly draws his ANBU ninjatu, which was hidden under his changshan and rushes out the window with Luna. He looks at Lenon as rage begins to built up in him. He spins his blade.

"You try to ruin my wedding...I should kill you right here..."

(( Oh, wait, you didn't leave the wedding room place where the ceremony was yet? @__@ I'm sorry. I skim when I'm agitated. Just say that happened -after- everyone left for the other room with the party and whatnot. It's what I was originally going for.
That is how the wedding is going, right? After the ceremony there's a larger and more open place with all the food? Lenon fell asleep in the pews of the church place.... ))

Lenon, meanwhile, had fallen asleep with his eyes open during the wedding ceremony. The assembled cheers shook him awake, and the supposed mood of the wedding was totally lost on him. "Wonderful...." he whispered to himself with a rolling of one eye and a half-smile. He waited for the wedded couple and most of the people in the chapel had left for the food and the music, then - "I wonder what would happen if one was killed?" Mulling over that for a second, he stood up and carefully examined a nearby window. Deciding that it would be the fastest exit, Lenon proceeded to step up onto his bench, and he received another set of looks. He ignored them, of course...or rather, he didn't notice them. With a great leap, he crashed through the glass as someone noticed what he was going to do and try to stop him. Landing on the ground with his hands and feet, he stood up and brushed himself off before continuing on as if nothing happened.

(( Okay, that's what I meant. : / Most weddings to have a part where everyone leaves to go eat and dance and whatnot. I'll post it later, when you people leave. Ignore it for now. ))

Saotome had walked into the receptian hall, and seen tons and tons of people. He didn't really know what was going on, but he knew that it was time for the Bride and Groom to cut the cake. He then turn his attention to the cake, and seen how awsome it was. There was a mass amount of food for everyone and many of the people started eating. There was a table on one side with all the gifts and another with Parting gifts for the guest. He was kinda glad that this day was getting better, until he heard a crash, that kinda sounded like glass breaking.

Luna arrived at the entrance of the reception hall wearing a completely different outfit. Her hair had changed from silver to black, she had died it in honor of her brother, and she was wearing a red komono with flowers on it. She watched all the guests walking through smiling and thanking them for coming. She walked over to Saotome and said "Thank you for coming Hya, I was worried you might not show."

Yun, following Luna, also entered the room. This time, he was wearing something much different than from his culture. He was wearing a dark blue yukata with a golden belt keeping it together. On it, however, was the usual golden chinese dragon that symbolized Yun's, and now Luna's, family. He stood happily next to his wife.

Saotome was approuched by Luna."Missing your wedding would have been an insult to both you and Yun. I wouldnt miss your wedding for the world. I am glad that you and Yun are happily married. I left you guys a present on the gift table, as to see that many people brought you gifts." He wasnt sure at first on what to get them, so he bought a very rare plant from the Rock Village. It was a Hybrid Lotus that would turn a light blue at night and a fiery orange during the day. Right now, the plant is being keep near a window for sunlight and it was being watched by one of his clones.

Yun looked at the plant and then bowed his head in shame. His expression changed from one of happiness to one of sadness.

"The Rock village.....I left those people and now look what has happened to them..."

"Sao...are the villagers ok?"

After convincing the maids to let her change into something with pants -- Rini never was comfortable otherwise -- the genin returned to the reception dressed in a white kimono under a hakama that faded from aquamarine at the top to a deep sea blue at the bottom. Her sleeves were decorated with watery waves and swirls, accented with silver thread. Rini still felt strange wearing such fine clothing, but she could handle the feeling easily.

Rini watched her senseis -- now married -- mingle among the crowd, hanging back around the outside of the room. She wandered over to Saotome -- or it must have been his clone, seeing as another Saotome was speaking with Luna and Yun -- and smiled warmly. "Hello." The clone appeared to be guarding something -- a flower? Rini stared at it, amazed by the fiery red coloration of its petals. This must be his gift to the couple.

The girl paused for a moment at that thought, her mind drifting to her own gift to the newly-weds currently hidden up her sleeve. She did not have the funds or the means to procure anything as exquisite as the flower or as expensive as some of the other gifts she had seen. She had been forced to resort to making her gift herself, and it was a miracle she managed to finish it in secrecy -- without Luna or Yun discovering it.

It was a dream catcher, the small wooden hoop carefully wrapped with a thin leather strip dyed a pearly white. Sparkling bits of sea glass were woven into the delicate web catching and shining in whatever light caught them. She had even gotten a donation of three feathers from Aki -- the golden eagle that had taken to following her around and that was probably perched somewhere outside -- which she strung from the bottom of the dream catcher with larger bits of sea glass.

Rini was hesitant to give it to them now, fearing that others might think it too childish and inappropriate for a wedding gift. It was just a simple dream catcher, after all -- and not even one of very good quality at that. There was no doubt of that. Rini knew every single flaw, which remained despite her efforts to make it perfectly -- ever mistake in the wrapping -- the slightly lopsided look of the web. The more she thought about it, the more she felt the urge to just keep the carefully-wrapped gift hidden in the large sleeve of her kimono. They would not miss her gift among all these wonderful others, and she could just save up and give them a belated wedding present later . . .

Saotome's clone looked at Rini."I see your glad that your sensei's are now married. yes, im happy too. I am guarding a rare flower only found in Rock. It has a fiery color during the day, and turns a ocean blue during the night. I had to go through alot to get to this flower, but is was worth it. so did you manage to get a gift for your sensei and Yun?" He was kinda curious.

The real Saotome was talking to Yun."Yun this is your wedding day, and i would rather tell you the condition of Rock on another day, But i feel you must know. Rock has fallen to rubble. The Tsuchikage that ran the village after you was killed, along side of his pupil. the village people are in poverty, and the village itself is one giant war ground. A group called Sengestu Seretie i think its called, has tooken over the village. That group too has died. I dont think there is even a Tsuchikage anymore. Life there is not worth living. Im sorry to bring the bad news Yun."

Rini flushed slightly and lowered her gaze, shifting uncomfortably at the question Saotome posed. "Sort of . . ." she hedged, tucking her hands into the opposite sleeves of her kimono and fingering one end of the ribbon she had tied around the modest present's wrapping.
