Kane was just a shadowy figure, he grabbed the sword, which immediately looked like a shadow. He jumped down to the ground, seeming to be caught by invisible wings.

Poison smiled when the crow came and sent it to investigate the shuffling, which had stopped for the moment. "Come on. Let's go." They started walking to the source of the voices.

The shadows that clung to Kane pulled away and scattered. "No, I'm fine." His feet touched the ground and he took a look around, it was odd to see so many people in this place. Three people, all women, he concluded.

Kane stayed quiet, he wasn't going to say much of anything. It would probably be better if he kept the 'nice guy' cover up for a while longer. Instead of talking, his eyes shifted back and forth between them. He felt something from two that he didn't feel from one, though he didn't pay enough attention to pinpoint which one was which.

Kane cracked his neck. "It sounds interesting, of course I want to hear it." he was sickened with himself. He hated pretending to be good. The only reason he did it was so he could figure people out.
