Nathan laughed a little, looking around at her roo,. "Black and green your favorite colors or something?" he asks jokingly, putting a hand on her head. "Pretty cool room. Never thought i'd say that about a girl's room though."

Lizzy smiled and blushed a little. "Yeah. I always have. They are the only colors that don't give me major migraines if I see them too much." she said quietly.

Lizzy blushed as she nodded her head yes. She turned and went over to her desk and opened a drawer. She pulled out a sketch book. She handed it to him. It was full of drawings of the night sky, hearts, landscapes, vines flowers, trees, and her name in different styles.

Lizzy's blushed even more at the compliment. "Thank you. I just get really bored. So, I draw...or even write stories. What do you like to do for fun?" she asked trying to move the conversation away from herself.

Lizzy nodded understandingly. "Yeah, I like to go on walks when it rains. Or go out and swing. But I like the rain. It gives me time to think, time to be just by myself, and not trapped in the house." she said with a small smile.

Lizzy smiled. "Really? Wow. Uhm, speaking of similarities. I hate to be nosy but, Melissa and I are complete opposites. And you say we are similar...why do you like her?" she asked. She was just curious, and hoped she wasn't prying too much.

Lizzy nodded as her parents shouted that dinner was ready. "Come on, we're having dinner in the dining room. First time in a while." she said with a sheepish smile as she led the way out of the room and down to the dining room.
