Slowly lowering his arm, he began to think. And think. And think more. "Well! I'm glad you didn't do that!" He smiled, completely relieved that she didn't and couldn't do something like that. But they were trying to get on her bad side? And her bad side came from her mother.. So she could control it for the most part? "Is there anything I can do to help you out?" Maybe he would be able to help her stay away from the bad side, or bring her back from it if there were ever a time that she couldn't control it.

"Well it's really hard to control when it does get the best of me." She said, seeming a bit uneasy and ashamed of herself. "But you can always try to stop it. It can get pretty ugly sometimes." She scratched her head remembering a few incidents in the past with her mother.

"Ah.. Well, then. There won't be anything to worry about, if I can crack open an oyster with two fingers, I'm sure I can knock you back into your good side." Blinking he realized it sounded like he'd be hitting her. "OH! Not like I'd be hitting you or anything, I was just saying that there's no need to fear.. Um.. Lysander is here!" He laughed a little awkwardly.

"Hm, well then I'll make sure not to hit your face, if you want. I wouldn't want to harm that pretty face of yours." He laughed, not realizing he had complimented her in the process. "Plus, that would pretty much look bad on my part. I'd be labeled as the bad guy, and I'd rather not be labeled as that." Not sure if he was making matters better or worse, he looked over at the sleeping Jade. "Geez, she sure can sleep, can't she?"

Doll laughed and tried to hide her blush by looking over at Jade. "Well we did travel for ten days straight." She mentioned. "She needed the sleep I guess." Doll shrugged and looked down at her dirty clothes. "Might have to change before we leave here." She said quietly and walked over to her closet. She slid one door open and a small fox jumped out and attacked her, licking her face. "Maleficent!" She said smiling. "God I had forgotten all about you!"

"Yeah.. I gue-" Seeing the fox jump out and seem like it was attacking her, Lysander was about to go over there and protect her until he noticed her smiling, and it licking her face. Not biting it like his mind had thought it saw. "Maleficent? That's an incredible name.. But.. Hm.. Where have I heard that from? I've heard that name somewhere.." Frowning, his eyebrows furrowed towards his nose as he began to try and figure out where he had heard that name before. "GAAHH!! THAT'S IT!" He yelled out, without really meaning to. "It's that bad lady from that one Disney movie, Sleeping Beauty! .. Right?"

The fox then stood on his hind legs and placed his paws on his hips. "Well if you ask me I am no woman." He said then laughed a bit. "And what is this Disney Movie you speak of? Is it a nice village?"
Doll smiled and stood up. She searched for some rare items in her closet and started stuffing them into her small endless bag.

"You talk English?!" Blinking, he stared at the fox. "AND you can stand?!" Mind being somewhat blown away, he stared at it in shock. It took quite a few moment for him to regain himself. "Well.." Bringing his hand to his chin, he thought for another moment longer before saying. "I shouldn't be too shocked, the way this place is.. I wouldn't be surprised if you had a talking Candle and small desk clock." Chuckling, he made another reference. "Well, it's nice to meet you, Sir Maleficent." Holding out his hand, he waited for the fox to shake it.

Maleficent extened his paw and shook his han. "Nice to meet ya whoever ya are."
"Lysander." Doll corrected the fox as he poked her in the side with a small finger.
"Thank ya."

Looking over at Doll after she had corrected Maleficent he smirked and nodded. "Yes, Ms. Doll is correct. I'm Lysander, it's nice to meet you too, Maleficent." He hoped that he wouldn't give him a nickname, he wasn't much into nicknames. Though it's not like he'd get upset when someone used a nickname for him, it just bothered him a little bit. Call it a pet peeve, just one that he can deal with. "So, how did you and Doll meet?" He couldn't help but whisper to the fox, wanting to know.

Maleficent laughed a bit. "You shoul've seen the poor girl in the woods. Worst sight you ever did see. Strange she became the best ranger. Never see a drow ranger these days, no woods ya see."
Doll cut him off as she packed the last thing. "Long story short. It was my first time on land. I got lost in the forest above and was attacked by a huge band of trolls. Since most people hate dark elves they were the only one's that had helped me, I wouldn't had survived if they didn't come and rescue me. Been together ever since."

"Guardian angels." He smiled, leaning against a wall and watching the two of them talk about the story. "I mean sure, you're not really an angel, and I don't know what the others who helped you out look like.. But, they don't have to actually be guardian angels to be guardian angels.. I mean, thinking about it. I count my own dad as my guardian angel, he's saved this a** so many times you wouldn't believe it. I was quite the mischief maker. I know it's not exactly the same thing as what you went through.. But when you're getting chased by a killer whale.." Laughing to himself at the memories, he smiled at the two of them. "So, Maleficent, you're now Dolls guardian angel."

Mal laughed. "Well actually shortly after I was asigned her guardian since she had no clue what she was doing." He said then turned to Doll. "I told you not to pick pocket that dark wizard!"
"Oi! I thought you said to!" Doll said frowning then they both laughed. "Actually they used to call us adventurers the troublemakers since there was always something after us." Doll stopped and put a small finger to her lips. That's when, in the silence they heard a high pitched screetcing. "They're here." Doll whispered as she transformed into a human. The only problem was that her ears had never changed but she was always able to hide it.
"We cannot go back to where came from. We must go to the High Forest." Mal looked over at Doll.
"I know." She turned to the others and woke Jade. She handed them each a cloak. "To conceal your faces and make you look like stone even with the infra vision." She whispered. "We travel in the shadows."

Putting the robe on, Lysander couldn't quite understand what was going on. The fact that they were talking about something he had no idea about didn't help either, but he did as he was told. Figuring that it would be better to do as she said and live than disagree and most likely end up dying. "You'll have to explain a lot of this to me later on, you know that right?" He smirked lightly under the hooded cloak.
