*Mav is grabbed by Jarel and attempts to fight it off as the crowd is on their feet.Mav struggles to get free for a few moment yet is eventually slammed to the mat*

*Mav's leg is hooked as the ref begins to count*
"1....2..."
*Mav kicks out just before the 3 count as he rolls over and crawls towards the turnbuckle. The fans jumped in excitement as many anticipated that the match was over. Mav grabs at the bottom rope of the turnbuckle as he begins to pull himself up looking in the direction of Jarel, attempting to shake the cobwebs*

Jarel rises with Maverick and follows after him, now attempting to irish whip him to the ropes. on the rebound, he'd attempt to clock maverick with a bigboot to the skull

*Mav is caught of the rebound as his back smacks the mat and he pops up to a sitting position rolling over a few times still trying to regain focus. For the moment Jarel was clearly at an advantage*

*As Mav begins to get grabbed he quickly grabs for the ropes in an act of desperation. In their encounters over the years he knew better than anyone to effectiveness of the dragon sleeper once applied by Jarel.*

as Mav reaches the ropes, Jarel is forced to release him from the hold. Jarel backs away, a familiar glint in his eyes. Crouching in the corner, he waits for Mav to stand and come to the center of the ring, at which point he'd charge in and attempt a spear

*Mav pulls himself up with the ropes as he gazed towards Jarel staggering slightly from the onslaught the match had brought forth towards the turnbuckle. As Jarel charged in Mav once again refused to give in as he quickly side stepped and tried to direct Jarel into the pole of the turnbuckle*

Jarel misses the spear and goes hurtling towards the turnbuckle. he manages to catch himself before doing too much damage, then turns slowly towards maverick

*As soon as Jarel hits the turnbuckle Mav quickly sets up to perform a german suplex on Jarel hoping to even out the momentum and send the suspense through the roof for the fans*

before he can turn, Jarel is caught and dropped with a german suplex. he lays on his back close to the center of the ring

*Mav proceeds to climb the turnbuckle signaly to the crowd as he takes a leap attempting a flying elbow drop that couldnt show any more shades of tribute to Macho Man Randy Savage or Shawn Michaels. Mav hoped to connect and turn the match dramaticaly in his favor*
