Che returned Felicity's greeting with a weak morning smile before attaining his drink which had been placed by his hand seconds earlier. "Good morning to you too." He spoke in a voice deeper and more lethargic than his upbeat and bubbly tone from the previous night. "I'm far more slower now than I was a few hours ago. Believe me." Che lifted the cup to his lips and took a drink before lowering it lapping from his lips a bit of cream. "You know, I'll admit. What you did with the falcon-hawk thing was cool. That doesn't make you a good thief though ma'am."

Felicia looked at Che and smirked. "Hmmm you're interesting" she simply said. "Well I do not seek your approval for my methods" she said. "I beat you to the punch twice in one night. I hope the money I left was enough" she said with a smirk. She looked at him in the eyes and smiled. "If I'm not a good thief...then why do I beat you to every spot that you head to?" she asked curiously. "You don't want to kill me?" she asked him referring on how she left him in the cold.

The detective coughed into his drink following Felicity's words. Using a napkin from the table bin, he wiped the tip of his nose and chin. "Heh. It's easy to reach the finish line when someone leads you to it" Che replied before taking another swig of his abnormally strong coffee. He managed to force a smirk out of his slowed down body and added while leaning forward, "You're as good a thief as I am an astronomer. And I don't kill...you, oddly enough, do. If anything, I'd like to help you. I have more areas around this city doing their fair share for me as long as I do the same for them."

Felicia listened to Che and shrugged. His way of thinking was very different from her. How could he help her? She took a seat across from him as she thought of how she would word her next sentence. The smell of coffee was strong tempting her to order but the smell alone was enough to give her a slight boost. "How do you want to help me?" she asked seriously. She didn't know if she wanted to expose herself now or wait until they were doing a job again. "Oh yea and nothing personal by taking the money...you just got too comfortable" she added.

"I don't know how to explain it to you any clearer Ms." Che retorted after drinking away his last bit of coffee. "We both rob these rich bastards blind and share it amongst ourselves. If we can do that, than this area will be covered. I'm sure you have a network working with you." He explained in a hushed tone. The cashier didn't seem to hear them so Che continued on. "I appreciate you leaving a bit of money for me, but if we're going to work together again, leave half. If you can't do that...well, we'll just always be at each others throats at every point we meet."

Felicia smiled, if he wanted to continue to think she worked with a network, she would let him. She looked at his coffee and then into Che's eyes. "Okay....so what is the plan?" she asked curiously. The day was moving horribly slow and she could use some entertainment. If she needed more money she'd shift into someone else and make off with the money, the plan was brilliant she thought to herself.

"I have a friend coming in from the other side of town correct? He's going to attend a ball. We...or I just need to be there when he gets there so that I can receive some money." Che explained to Felicia. "The only thing is that he requires people of my party should I decide to bring any to wear something distinctive." The daytime detective went into his right pocket and pulled a dark blue card from it. On it was the insignia of an ace. He then pulled another and on it was a black heart. "Pick one and wear it somewhere on your person."

Felicia looked at Che and then at the cards. She assumed since he had control of paper, that cards were his "thing". She rolled her eyes and pulled the heart from him. "You really know how to whoo a girl Che" she said with a slight smile. "Well...let's bust this joint, it's getting drab in here" she said with a sigh, itching for a bit of excitement to happen since last night. The small restaurant began to fill up quickly and with people came noise.
