Awesome, you guys all posted in here already! Much appreciated - I think we'll do one-on-one 'interviews' [more like an encounter and an induction haha] on our dedicated hiring RP thread. I think we'll do the RPs in order of application, if you're all alright with that! Once we're done with one, I'll notify the next person and we'll move on there.

Haha, with her approach, I think Rise would probably think of her as a customer first! Like a regular one. How's about Rise having seen her regularly come with a bunch of mushrooms a couple of times, and on the third time comes to speak to her in a "this is the third time I've seen you, hello!" sort of way. If it's IC, perhaps she could start telling him about how she's here to help - then halfway is interrupted by a hullabaloo at the back of the shop. Rise apologises and puts her on hold, and gallops to the back to see what's going on...it's the mongoose! It does its mongoose-contest thing to her, Rise comes back and she says her contest line...and Rise is all impressed in a "oh, wow, so you do specialise in collecting mushrooms, you even have a mongoose to help! Fascinating!" and pulls her into employment. Is that appropriate for Long Ago?

Any idea what Shadow Lark's possible motivation to join Rise & Co might be? Since he's a bit of a loner, I'd like to know what makes him interested - note that this can be anything, really, including 'I really like their food' lol If you've got any ideas for this RP, please share, that would be great!

Heeey Smiles! I'd also like to know her motivation for wanting to join Rise & Co, or would you rather have her stumble in? Also, due to her personality I think either Fade [boisterous and unfailingly enthusiastic to scare/insistently shoehorn her in] or Rise [calm and kind to reassure her and gain her trust] would be able to recruit her - let me know your preference. If you have any ideas, please let me know!

Feel free to peruse the 'hiring' thread [but please don't post yet until I ask you to, thank you] so you can get a gist of how loose this 'interview' RP format really is. And how long or short things can be, haha! Try to be swift when your RP is going on so everybody can be hired soon and continue with a lifetime of gainful employment. wink Currently I can RP almost immediately during American nights - this might change pretty soon, but I will very likely reply within the same day. Don’t stress out churning out long posts if the words aren’t coming, be casual and quick, and things will go fine!

this is the kind of vibe i get from him too! i personally can see it with him catching glimpses of the processes that go on in the back. then he starts asking questions about the shop and seduces himself into joining.(the production line is like a hot tease to him XD)

Oh goodness, so the thought I had with Smile's joining is that as she's slowly made friends, Slip, and had her first clutch she's starting to feel as though it's about damn time she get over her shyness. What better way to force herself out of something that would normally cut her off from the world than to become a delivery agent for a company such as Rise's? So, uhm, yes- I would love it if it came down to her seeking them out, hilarity ensues, and so on ...
How she hears about them- I'm all ears. xD Whatever you think would work best.
Fade being her first contact with the actual group would be the best thing in the world. You know how I love to torture Smiles. <3
