Reve held her breath. She didnt want to answer, but she didnt want them barging in on her. She cleared her throat. "Yes?"

"Are you alright? Do you need some assistance?" Xexus sounded concerned as he spoke calmly.

 

[Kia Sai]

"No!" She said too loudly. Oops.. Didnt mean to yell... "Im fine." She said more quietly. She looked around the bathroom, and focused on the small window above the toilet. Maybe I can break it open...

"Reve, I just want to help. You were fine a moment ago. Or, so it seemed. Please let me in?" Xexus asked politely, looking at Quinn, who just shrugged.

"Im fine!" She said, locking the door as quietly as possible. CLICK! Damn it. She put the lid down on the toilet, and carefully stood, unlocking the window as quickly as possible. Reve pushed on the glass, and opened it as far as it would go. She wiped her face and climbed up and through the window, careful to land on the sturdiest looking branch she could reach.

"Reve?" He then heard the click and tensed up, trying to open the door. "Reve! Are you ok? Open up!"

Reve carefully stood up, reaching for the branches above her. She climbed higher, hiding in the leaves, trying not to fall.

"Reve! s**t...." He looked over at Quinn. "You have a key for this bathroom?"

Quinn shrugged.

"Ok, sorry for this then." He lifted up his hands, the knob snapping off with a strong gust of wind, the door opening.

Reve hugged the trunk of the tree, and looked over from the top of the tree. The tree really was stronger than it looked. And the town was bigger than she originally thought. She looked down, and was overcome with vertigo.

Xexus noticed that Reve wasn't in the bathroom immediately. "Reve!" He looked over to see the window was open and peered outside. "Reve!"

Reve heard her name being called and immediately hid in a cluster of leaves.

"Dammit Reve...." Xexus grumbled, squeezing through the window, flying up above the tree, yelling down at Quinn. "Help me look for her! She couldn't have gotten far!" He flew off, looking down at the city below.

Quinn groaned, looking up at the huge tree. Maybe I should hide in the tree and nap instead....

Reve watched as Xexus flew up, and crouched down lower so he wouldnt see her. She didnt want to go back, especially now that she caused more problems.

Reve isn't my problem anyway.... Quinn climbed up the tree silently, as to not be noticed and yelled at.

Reve sighed. She leaned against the trunk, and closed her eyes. I dont want to be here. She wanted to sleep, ignore everything and everyone..
