This meant that the area of effect--about twice the airship's size--would be immediately incinerated. This meant that anyone in the airship would die instantly when the blade made impact. A nice, stern reminder that messing with the god of fire would get you killed very quickly. In preparation for any resulting retaliations, Kaisen's skin would first glow a light blue, then take on a fiery orange tint.

Sorry bro, but I am going to have to Veto your post. For it breaks so many rules including your own rules for the technique of which YOU created. So, to be completely fair, edit it appropriately in order of charge post, firing post, and after post before acting as if its completely normal. Besides that, you don't know where people are within the village and we are within the village.

So... my new Genin was just chillin with his partner and his sensei in Suna, when it got demolished >.< Unexpectedly... What happens to him now? There is like... Nowhere to RP, except for Kiri, and they just got evacuated.

And then, even that poser with the ugly a** mask on had to show her hideous face here. By now, Kaisen was so ******** mad that his face was turning a bright red. "Y'know what? Fine. If all you ********, goddamn pricks wanna show up at the same time, I'm gonna show you something that'll knock your ******** socks off." A vicious, bright red chakra flared around Kaisen at that moment; the chakra of the Two-Winged angel that remained in his body. With that, his fire techniques would become ever-the-more potent, beyond the means of what typical water jutsu could stand up against. This meant that Katsu's stupid little sword tricks would no longer work.
After that, Kaisen rocketed into the air--having discarded his Susanoo--with fire underneath his feet. He went so quickly that jutsu wouldn't be able to keep up, save for the absolute strongest. After he broke the clouds...that was when the weird stuff started happening. Little did they know, he had used the Raging Oil River technique in a widespread variant--the technique was normally capable of filling a 4 square kilometer area with dense oil--to completely saturate the clouds over the Mist Village with oil. Not seconds afterward, the skies began to rain not water--but extremely flammable oil. Upon making contact with the ground, it mixed in with the water, saturating it all with his chakra; this meant that using water techniques within the village was temporarily impossible. Even the regular moisture in the air--which normally was still usable for water jutsu--was being saturated by the now evaporating oil; even the mist was now oil, and it was all over the village.
With finality, Kaisen added the final touches. Fire chakra surged through his entire body like a storm, and after expending an ungodly amount of chakra, he let loose a tremendous wave of flame with the equivalent power of five SS-ranked jutsu. It was in a form similar to the Majestic Fire Annihilation he'd used before. However...something was different this time. Even before making contact with the now oil-filled clouds, the technique was thicker, more potent than before.
And when this already more-than-village-scale firestorm hit the clouds of heavily raining oil...it was pandemonium.
Every raindrop in the village would be steadily ignited into fierce flames. Every particle of mist would explode with the capacity to cause third degree burns; and mist covered nearly the entire village. Buildings that were now coated in oil from the rain were immediately set ablaze. All the plant life, all the grass, anything organic would die. Even the shores of the Mist beach were now aflame, fires spreading across the surface of the water as far as the eye could see. Anyone inside of the buildings would be put in immediate danger of roasting alive.
And that was just the ignition of all the oil. That wasn't the constantly exploding, 4 more-potent-than SS-ranked exploding, angel power-enhanced wave of fire that spanned the village's entire size and more descending from the sky. It had the power to incinerate and engulf anything it touched without any signs of stopping--even other SS-ranked jutsu would mostly just fizzle up and get burned up. The worst part? The initial ignition completely obliterated all moisture in the air anyway, so using water techniques in the Mist Village at this point in time was literally impossible. And if this wave hit--as it probably would, it was traveling extremely quickly--every single person in the mist village would die, except for our lovely Kaisen.
To put a long story short; Katsu couldn't make water with his fancy little sword anymore. Saku couldn't try to summon any more water attacks anymore. And Ahri could not form any more clouds until the moisture in the air was restored. It was absolute pandemonium, game over. "I can do it again if you want. Just ask."
Raging Oil River Making a number of handsigns the user focuses their chakra into a large area about a 2km by 2km square to be exact. Focusing their chakra for long enough the user will be able to make a large amount of oil seep through the ground and flood this 2 x 2 km area in 20ft deep oil. (40ftdeep at kage/sannin)
Fact: In order for any oil jutsu to work, the user in question must be in contact with the ground as the ground is the medium to using oil. Creating Oil out of thin air is impossible. Even if you have a vial on you, it would have combusted by now with your constant attacks and fire protection shield stuff. And yet again, you wouldn't have enough to do this.
Everything else, is fine I guess. I am assuming that you are using your Pure Fire Manipulation technique to produce this flame attack that came after it as its not actually a technique, yes?

That's fine, I can do the same thing with the other A-ranked oil river jutsu. Or the S-rank.
And nowhere does it state that you must be in contact with the ground for all oil jutsu. Pulling rules out of nowhere at this point just makes you look like a poor sport, bud. Same chakra use--or ten more, I don't really care--for the same effect. I'll go subtract ten points of my chakra and change it to the S-ranked version. But you don't get to add rules at your convenience in order to stop my attacks. And you most definitely don't get to add them during battle.

As Katsu battled the outside force, Akira looked to his team of engineers and commanded that they ascend the Airship into the clouds beginning a rapid acceleration into the clouds as Kaisen took action above them. Akira activated his Neo Byakugan and shook his head. "I must it come to this..." He said to himself as he teleported appearing instanting directly behind Kaisen launching into gentle fist onslaught so fast his movements would blur before them backed by his Mastery over Pai Qua Quan. The attack would be silent and swift of the likes only Akira can perform. His teleportation abilities excelled far beyond that of any unevolved eye doujutsu apart from that of the god-like beings around him. His planned appearances couldn't be traced nor followed to no extent.
'Eight Trigrams Three-Hundred Sixty-One Palms of the Hand' He thought to himself as he would begin his technique as after he would land his first hit, if it should land, it would continue onwards all over Kaisen's body. After he would move onwards to each point he left an afterimage there until there were a total of 13 moving around attack Kaisen, but these other 13 weren't following Akira's movements instead they were attacking independently of him all aiming for a pressure point on Kaisen body to further initiate their technique. If this went about as plan, it would be enough to kill Kaisen before he had time to react to Akira's movements.

Hakke Sanbyaku Rokujuichi Shiki (Eight Trigrams Three-Hundred Sixty-One Style) Jounin Rank Requirements: Hakke Rokujuyon Sho This jutsu is considered the most powerful technique within the Hyuuga clan, and is generally used as a last resort. Power: One solid strike from the user at this stage can break a solid tree in half. Movements: The fluid style of Pi Qua Quan is now at its peak; all moves are performed quickly and easily without hesitation, making the user’s hand and leg movements appear as a blur to the enemy. Each move of the hand or leg melds completely in with the next, making it quite a spectacle to watch. Flexibility: By this stage there is virtually no position the user cannot perform, their flexibility having advanced to almost superhuman levels. Their balance is exceptional; knocking them off their feet is extremely difficult as they can stay standing still with no problems even while the earth shakes violently under their feet. Against a slow opponent, the user can pretty much bend and twist their body around their attacks and strike the heart of the enemy with ease. I'm also not entirely sure who it was that gave you the god complex, but your character is not an omniscient master with knowledge of all the ways of the world. So either you need to get off that high throne of yours, or I will break its legs from right underneath you. Stop being such a damn prude.

Quick question: How strong are the Arc characters?
I mean, Muffins rp's like he is just Super Powerful same for Katsu and the Jyuubi. How strong are the others in comparison? Are we just as strong?
All of the arc characters have different strengths/uses. The Jyuuha has the best offense against one target, the Jyuubi the best offense against massive areas and multiple enemies, Sage of Six the most well-rounded, Protector has the most diversity and has the best perception/sensory, Divine Light has the best defensive and supportive abilities, and the Thief and Wild Card are sort of unique from the rest.
Honestly, Akira is not as strong as the Jyuuha, in simple combat. He ousts you. However, Akira can teleport around, perceive and therefore avoid almost all attacks, and can easily jump in to finish weakened opponents. Plus, he's got more peeps on his side (regardless of coalition limits), since all RPCs have a common interest in preserving their lives. They're all on an equal playing field for the most part.
