I think Icklekins is right. More post would make it more active, but for this kind of contest posting once a day keeps things fair. Because then it wouldn't become a bumping contest.

I can't think of what would make a once post a day contest more active though...

If we weren't restricted to only posting once a day, I think it might be more lively.

Plus, I've been busy IRL with some stuff.

Yeah Im still wondering what I want to do next month, you can always PM ideas.

I just dont want to really make a spam contest since a lot of our members are more casual in thier time, so it would be really biased towards people who have a lot more spare time.

Yeah I was thinking of doing something like that next month (though it wont just be a daily post thing) but potentially only 2-3 posts daily might count, but there could be a lot more.

I am glad to hear this. I think allowing folks to chat naturally in a contest thread will only increase the visibility of the contest.
