A special elemental detecting paper is used to determine ones type. When the ninja imbues the paper with a portion of their chakra, the paper will alter to reveal one's type. The paper will rip in two for Wind, burn for Fire, become wet for Water, fall apart for Earth and crumple for Lightning. It was this paper that Hikari, quite sadly, did not have. So, with a brief handseal she summoned up two Shadow Clones; one to search for the paper and another to substitute for her at work. "Let's not focus on that matter for now," said with a reassuring smile. "At the very least, I can teach you one technique of each Taijutsu, Universal Ninjutsu - so anyone can perform them regardless of chakra nature - and Genjutsu. Then, I'm pretty sure you can be the judge of what you're most comfortable with." Hikari was going to show her as much as she could in an attempt to stall a bit of time til her clone came back.
Setsuna nodded as she felt a bit calmer upon seeing Hikari's reassuring smile. "That sounds fair...so what would you like me to get started on first Hikari?" she asked her as she stood at the ready. She couldn't remember her academy days as to what exactly she was good at. She always excelled at everything taught to her at the academy, she was just naturally good at everything. However, she was a genin now and no longer a child. It was time to begin her training at the next level.
Walking in he stretched up towards the sky and back down towards the ground, bending back and fourth he prepared him self. His toes stretched pushing him up as he bounched and breathed heavily. "I can do this...I can do this...I can do this..." is all he could say as he continued bouncing up and down. Pulling out his puppet he rolled out the scroll and his puppet suddenly appeared. controlling it he started concentrating the chakra into it. Smiling he continued to focus chakra into his puppet "Kugutsu Hensou (Puppet Disguise)" he shouted as the puppet had chakra running through it as it began go changing and slowly the look of the puppet started morphing resembling how Alex looked. Slowly shifting back he focused mroe chakra as the puppet suddenly shifted into a replica of Alexandra, pulling the puppet closer to him the puppet was disfigured and he sighed. [post 1]
Trying again he concentrated and started focusing chakra into the puppet, grinning he hummed and tightened his eyes as the puppets legs slowly started forming and reshaping them selfs and started to look nicer, slowly the transformation went up the body to the chest and arms which also was forming into a much nicer looking shape and a much smoother one as it became a resemblance of Alexandra's body and the head began forming into a better version then last as he thought it had resembled him pretty well this time. Pulling hte puppet to him he examined it as the resemblance was so much better then a moment ago when he was thought it was so cool as he touched it and looked at the cheeks and was so happy he began jumping and cheering for him self out of excitment. Alexandra quickly ran and hugged him tightly as he began crying not letting go as he held his father tightly. Not sure what to say or do he buried his head into his fathers chest as tears ran down his face. "I-I am doing good..." he said as he breathed heavily with tears down his face.

Finally arriving at what looked to be athe training grounds, Yuro immediately noticed others in the vicinity and became irritated. "Focus on yourself right now" he said to himself as he set the scrolls down keeping one and began reading how to to the fire release 1/2 Yuro put his hand out and held up his index finger, taking a breath to focus he slowly released chakra to just the tip of his finger to bring out small stream of fire. 2/2 Grabbing the next scroll he began to keep his chakra focused grabbing 3 shurikens and starring at a tree. Upon throwing them he weaved handsigns then shooting small flames with the intention of hitting the shurikens, but not enough chakra was built into the flames and they vanished without making contact 1/2 "Again" Yuro said a little angrily. Grabbing another set of shurikens he threw them harder and weaved the same handsigns this time adding more chakra then before. Small flames began to engulf the shurikens then hitting the tree leaving scorch marks. 2/2 "One more basic skill..." Yuro grew impatient of these simple moves. Reaching for the last scroll he smirked and turned to the tree were he threw his shurikens and controlled his chakra around the same level as the last technique 1/2 Raising his hand he kept his attention at the tree and snapped his fingers releasing the chakra a small spark his the tree causing a small fire that he slowly put out. 2/2 "hmph" Something caught his attention and realized he needed to go back to the library
With a slight twitch of her arm she smiled with a devastating effect. She was ready to get all of this training out of the way. Now was her time to fully shine within this day and age. Throwing a normal kunai she hit her target with ease. Throwing another kunai while focusing chakra within it she destroyed it.
She was gifted with a rather special bloodline. Well two special bloodlines however the second would only come out to play every once in a while. Where as this bloodline would be used frequently due to its usefulness. Within the next moment she concentrated upon her chakra. Then just like that ten discs of metal arose from the ground.
Concentrating further she grabbed her belt and focused her chakra. She began to gently move her wrist watching the movements of it. Then realizing something she smiled just as the same devil as earlier. Focusing chakra within it turned it into metal and she began to use it. Then noticed something entirely beautiful with her belt.
Even as it shifted into metal it was able to extend to a length of sixty meters. Releasing the chakra from her belt she placed it back onto her hips. Moving onto the next technique she found herself excelling rather quickly with this. Raising her right arm up with a closed fist she created a steel wall.
Then with her other arm she threw her left fist forward sending the steel wall flying. Smashing her foot upon the ground she created two steel rows that went sliding forward. Then as they reached the imaginary opponent they would cage him. Then moving them in a different way the rods connected in places that would kill the prisoner. She placed her hand upon her chin and then began to think about this technique.
It was going to be highly useful but there was more to that technique than most thought. Then beginning on concentrating further on her chakra she sighed. Taking in a breath she began to concentrate upon her chakra within her arm. Metal took form around her arm and then she rushed to a small hill. The hill crumbled before her might and she began to love this bloodline more and more.
By forming metal at her feet she began to create a platform. With the platform becoming larger and larger she cracked her neck. Then within the next moment she lifted the platform into the air sending her at a high rate of speed. Within the next moment she directed the platform into the ground with her still on it. Causing massive destruction while still not even feeling any of it was going to be highly helpful to her.
Now was for the last technique that she could possibly learn at this particular moment. With this current bloodline that is. She was excelling at a rapid pace with her training making her almost an adept at this. Stomping her feet the earth began to crumble and turn into metal. As the metal formed behind her it would fling at her imaginary enemy with every stomp.
Toshiko walked into the training grounds, a few rays of light breaking through the clouds that always seemed to plague the village. She looked around, disappointed at how few people were training on such a beautiful day, until she noticed a young gennin practicing several techniques one after another. She slowly walked over to her calling out when she got close. "That's not bad kiddo. Always nice to see someone training so hard. You musta signed up for the exams if I'm correct"
Kat had made exactly three detours on her way to the training grounds, all of which had pertained to food. Of course she had offered to purchase whatever the little squirrel wanted a long the way. So it was with arms already laden with goods and sweets. Her mouth was practically stuffed full of chocolates when she had made it to the training grounds. There were a few people around doing things, though she didn't look too hard since her mind was on her task at hand. "Alright cupcake, load up on any sort of supplies you might need." Kat said through a partially full mouth. She swallowed sharply and dumped her food at one conveniently placed table. For her sake and the sake of the post there was plenty of equipment just hanging around and Katrina intended to actually use it. It was then that Kat gave a perfunctory nod and wave to Toshiko and the other girl assembled, it was the curteous thing to do. Deft hands moved swiftly across tables and chests, pulling out all sorts of ninja equipment. As she worked she spoke in between stuffing another food based product into her mouth. "Not that I'm gonna be lookin' for gihts, but ya never know what we might stumble across." Kat had her fair share of unexpected batles. The tools began to literally disappear into her hands as she sealed them into a realm meant solely for crap that she felt she had to keep. A questioning look on her face, Katrina shook her free hand and out felt an entire bottle of booze (empty, of course) and a half burnt joint. She sheepishly looked to Tsuki and kicked the bottle as inconspicuously as she could away from her, the joint she sealed right back up.

Once told to stock up on equipment, Tsuki nodded and did just that. She grabbed a crossbow no one seemed to be using, along with the usual variety of ninja tools: kunai of various shapes and sizes, an equally diverse array of shurikens, caltrops, a couple swords, even a giant boomerang for who knows what reason, and doesn't wasn't even all of it. These items being of a normal make, Tsuki did the exact same thing as Katrina, though with a bit less finesse. She wasn't so adept at sealing yet to seal the objects straight out of her hands, and instead had to fumble around a bit to get them to where she remembered her storage seals being placed.
The small chuunin was so focused on making sure that she was properly storing a lengthy coil of rope that she completely missed seeing Katrina's empty booze bottle and half-smoked joint appear in her hands. Although, once she was done, Tsuki did notice the empty bottle lying on the floor. the girl thought as she instantly stepped over to pick up the bottle and examine it curiously for a moment before tossing it out like she meant to do from the start. Littering was a bad thing to do, and while Tsuki would never imagine confronting anyone about it, she felt responsible to do her part in her keeping her village clean.
Storage room now reasonably clean, Tsuki waited quietly for whatever was going to happen next. Both she and Katrina had already eaten, Katrina even purchasing Tsuki's food for her, and now they had both stocked up on whatever equipment they could possibly need. To the inexperienced chuunin, she couldn't imagine any more preparations that needed to be done, but who was she to know?

Actives ↬ Ghost Shadow Technique: B By sealing a portion of their energy (which can be rested back to normal) into their shadow and allowing for the shadow to gather general energies from the nature around it, the Uzumaki can stock up to 40 energy in this shadow which can be used later in battle at any time by performing a simple handseal. This technique can be used at night or indoors and it overlaps other shadows; becoming as dark as possible as if to stand out. This -- however -- can make the user's movements more predictable, and this technique takes 1 post for only 1 chakra point, meaning it takes 40 whole posts to stock up for later battle use. ↬ Suimenka no Kisoku B The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique typically activates whenever the shinobi breathes in water and requires no handseals.
Fully/Partially Visible Tattoos ↬ Tsuki has a set of tattoos that collectively take the design of multiple wings. At each of her shoulder bones, Uzumaki sealing tattoos etched in white, almost silvery ink extend from her shoulder bones onto her arms, wrapping their skinny shape all the way down to the back of Tsuki’s hands. In the same color is a second pair of wing tattoos that start in the middle of her back, one below the left should bone and the other below the right. These tattoos circle around her waist to the front of her body, where the wing shape that that they design take a steep dip to between the legs. The width of the wings narrow on the way down to the legs and continue to narrow as they spiral down the legs much as the first set of wings spiral down the arms. Once the pair of tattoos reach the knees of the legs they are spiraling down, the seals written into the tattoos are shaped into a ring right below the knees.

She stopped everything and stared at the shinobi presented before her. "Kiddo?" Twitching slightly she almost growled as she was just deemed as a child. "Your a** is mine!" She said as her anger spiked up entirely. Throwing her arm forward she caused an entire metal chunk to fall down towards the woman from the sky. It was at this moment that Kaiju began to bounce up and down upon her feet to get the blood flowing through her body. She was going to mess this b***h up for calling her a child. The shinobi of this day and age had no respect for their elders. She was going to beat it into this woman if she could. As the metal would fall it would quickly turn into a large spear aimed specifically for the woman. She knew without a doubt the shinobi would dodge it. However that didn't mean she was going to take it easy on a shinobi that called her a child.
